How are you failing on a hunter/sham comp?
Start the BG with sprint running, sap the shaman (try and dodge the flare if you can), and lay into the hunter (stunning if they didn't pre-cast BW). Dismantle the hunter while laying into him. At this point the hunter is going to slam on disengage, but since you have sprint up you can instantly reclose the distance (poping cloak on the way to mitigate his damage/trap).
By this time, the shaman has either trinketed out of sap, or let it wear off. Blind the shaman, or have your disc priest pop fear on him. The hunter should be almost dead at this point (usually I get them to around 20%). Now that the shaman is CC'd (ideally without his trinket up) you can finish the hunter off (blowing evasion to keep the hunter from hurting you). Even if you don't finish the hunter off, you should be rolling bleeds on the hunter, so even with the shaman healing (so long as you don't give him the time for a full healing wave) you'll burn the hunter down before the shaman can manage to save him.
This leaves you as disc priest + rogue vs a resto shaman, and the game is over.
If the hunter goes after your priest, the priest can just pain supress himself while you finish off the hunter.

If all else goes wrong, just Mana Burn them
Starting with the HUNTER. The resto shaman cannot hurt you, he can only prolong the fight. Shutting down the hunter will prevent them from killing you.

On the topic of bladestorm... You're mitigating it wrong.
Pop CLOAK (w/ glyph of course) AND feint. It's like 86% phsyical aoe reduction. It will take their 2k bladestorms down to 200 and completely trivialize it.
