- "Wait, the Silver Hand?" Dralas said alarmed and now looking at his blade.
"This blade was from the light.. but.. could it.."
Dralas wondered now looking more closely at the carvings along the blade.
"Nathadan, I think you don't need anymore drinks, your hangover is going to be bad enough as it is. For now, we need to go sleep until were rested again" Dralas said, putting his blade back in its sheath on his back and grabbing onto Nathadan.
"But.." Nathadan coughed as Dralas picked him up, wrapping Nathadan's arm behind Dralas' neck and helping him to a room.
"Now now, your going have a headache like hell tomorrow, so let's just see if we can help you sleep it off" Dralas said chuckling.
"Silver Hand... I must know what these carvings are.."

"Make sure to wake us in the morning as well Dralas." Doomwhisper called after the Warrior as he helped Nathadan towards a room.
"You should go get some rest little one, you haven't had much lately I'm guessing." She said to Valinaria, chuckling as the Blood Elf looked like she was about to pass out in her drink.

Character: Base
Location: The Skybreaker
Base sighed and sat back in one of the chairs in the infirmary. He had been working non-stop for hours now.
"Shifts over..." he muttered with a sigh of relief. He went back above deck and received his wages from the Captain, along with a pat on the back.
"Thanks for the assistance. Feel free to return, and help us out again." the Captain smiled
"Perhaps I will again soon. A job is a job, whether it's saving lives or taking them." Base replied, taking back his weapons and then headed to the Gryphon that Doomwhisper had loaned him. He was soon flying to the Crusader's Pinnacle.
"Doomwhisper and the elf must be there by now, but I could at least use a rest."
He continued flying and noticed a blue glow quickly approaching him from behind in the northern night sky. It steadily grew until he could make out the outline of a dragon skeleton.
"Frostwyrm," Base muttered under his breath.
He pulled out a few throwing knives and hurled them at the beast, but with no apparent effect. The beast tackled his gryphon in the air, sending all three plummeting to the ground. The wyrm attempted to freeze him with it's chilling breath, but Base quickly pulled his
enchanted cloak
over his body, absorbing the blast.
He managed to get a bomb lodged into the beast's ribs, and then used to legs to push himself away from the skeletal dragon. The bomb exploded shortly after, sending the creature's bones flying in all directions. He then yanked the cord on his
flexweave underlay
, just moments before he hit the ground. He
landed with skill
, but very hard, and he thought he felt a slight snap from a fracture. He ignored the pain and quickly pulled out his combat shovel and burrowed into a wall of packed snow, knowing that he could not get to safety at night with a broken leg, and would instead have to spend the night inhis makeshift shelter. He pulled his cloak over himself, and shivered, trying to sleep.
"Come on Base, you've been through worse. Living in temperate areas has spoiled you, this is no worse than back with the Drakkari." He stoicly told himself.

Mavik
Character:
Mavik Dawnstone and Glasius Lightbringer
Location:
Inside Stormwind Keep
It had only been a short while before the Paladin and his Priest friend arrived at the main entrance to the Keep. The two men slowly strode in on the backs of their black War Talbuks that were given to them as gifts from the Kurenai out in Nagrand for a lengthy battle against the Horde for control of Halaa. As they passed each set of guards that stood against the walls of the wide hall leading up to the throne room, a salute was exchanged from Glasius to the soldier and returned. Mavik mearly kept his gaze straight ahead.
Upon reaching the throne room, the two men dismounted and handed the reins to their steeds over to a nearby Human soldier. Mavik, although coldly, nodded to him and smiled lightly. He may not have really cared for the militant demeanor of the Alliance Militia, but he had to admit that their armor looked amazing. The polished silver plate that wrapped around the body, accented by gold lining on the shoulders, mixed with the royal blue and the twin eagle busts that sat on the shoulders. It was almost enough to make him jealous. Almost...
The two then, quickly, turned their attention back to the throne and took to their right knees before it, bowing their heads before Stormwind's prodigal son and King, Varian Wrynn. Motioning upwards with his left hand, King Wrynn stood from his throne. "There is no need for such formalities, brothers." Varian remarked. "The two of you together are an impervious force to be reckoned with on the field of battle. Others should bow to you."
Glasius and Mavik stood to their feet as Mavik replied "Our most humble thanks for your kind words, milord. However, I do not think that you would summon us here so you could fill Glasius' head with delusions of grandeur."
"No, you are quite right, Bishop Dawnstone." Varian replied "In fact, there's been a minor change of plans as to where you will be going. The Argent Vangarde still would like your services, but there is something that is a bit more important that you will need to handle first." As Varian spoke, a Human woman came out from behind the tall back of the throne. Her robes adorned the markings of the Kirin Tor in several places. "This is Lady Poison Thorne." Varian continued. "She will be sending you to where you are going."
"And where would you be sending us, my liege?" Glasus responded.
"There is no time to explain, Master Paladin." Varian nodded to Poison who then started to channel her energy. "Once you arrive, you will be given more instructions." A second later, Poison's hands started to cackle with magical energy, pulsing with a pastel blue light that was almost too bright to look at. She then thrusted her hands forward, seeming to grab the air in the room and pull it apart, opening a gateway to a darker place. Mavik studied it a bit but was unable to recognize anything. "There is no time for that, Priest." Varian's voice became more brash. "He is waiting for you." Then with a nod, Mavik stepped through the portal, followed by Glasius.
Location:
Somewhere by Mord'rethar, Icecrown
It didn't take long for the two to recognize where they were once they got there. Taking a moment to look around Mavik vigorously brushed off the soot and dirt that was kicked up by the mage portal closing. "Damned Icecrown... I almost forgot ho much I liked it here..." Mavik said with a sarcastic tone. "Now, what are we looking for? King Wrynn said that..."
"I know what he said, Mav." Glasius interrupted. "Now, please quiet down. Clearly, the mage dropped us in the wrong location, so we need to figure out where in the Light we are and how to get to where we need to be." The two of them continued to look around, hoping to find some sort of landmark to distinguish where they were. However, this was no easy thing to do. They were used to being on Gryphon-back or, at least, on board the Skybreaker. Finally, Mavik 's head snapped over to his right. "What is it, Mav?" Glasius inquired.
"Over there..." Mavik's tone was hushed as he pointed to a mount of snow. "It moved..." Slowly, Glasius pulled his mace from his side and held it at the ready, creeping up on the mound. A flash of light washed over him encasing him in a thin bubble of light. "Be careful." Mavik replied, he two with his mace in hand.
A couple of seconds later, Glasius was only a few feet from the mound with it moved again. The movement wasn't very noticeable, but if you were looking right at it, you saw it. "Whatever you are!" Glasius shouted. "Present yourself by the order of the Holy Light, I command you!"
Mavik's eyes widened in shock at Glasius. "What, in the name of the Light, is your problem?" he exclaimed. "You don't shout like that out here! Why, you might as well have just said, Hey all you Horde on Ogrim's Hammer! There's only two of us Humans here! You hungry?"
((I'll stop there. might be an interesting time for a certain Troll Rogue to wake up from his makeshift shelter... *wink wink* PS: I'll try to make the posts shorter... but DAMNIT! I like details... >.>))

Character:
Doomwhisper
Location:
Crusader's Pinnacle
Doomwhisper woke up after a few hours of sleep feeling refreshed. She quickly cleaned herself up, got something to eat from the inn's kitchen and headed out into the brisk morning to practice with her blade.
So, we just have to convince Dralas, Nathadan, and the old shaman to travel with us to deal with Maldan.
Doomwhisper thought, running through her paces. She was focused on her inner self and didnt notice she was gaining an audience as she practiced.
The Death Knight finished her last move and came back to herself, jumping a little at the sight of several Crusader's watching her. "Can I help you youngster's?" She asked, a small smile on her face.
"Ma'am, we were wondering, after watching you there, would you...could you spar with us?" The leader of the group asked, blushing a little.
"Heh, fine childern, but lets make it fair shall we? All 7 of you versus me, I feel like a workout." She laughed as she made a ring in the snow. "Your purpose is simple kids, push me out of the ring and you win, but I'll be doing my best to knock you out of it as well."
The Crusader's entered the ring and took up position around her.
Oh this is gonna be fun.
Doomwhisper thought, her smile widening.
