well...it DOES have feral attack power...Honestly, the drood would get more use out of that than you. I'm not gonna say that didn't suck, what happened to you there.
No, the feral druid will get decidedly less out of it than a warrior. Sure it has feral attack power, but everything does nowadays. It doesn't mean the weapon is more suited for a feral druid, because the feral attack power is just a poor substitute for the weapon DPS which warriors get full benefit from (and feral druids get
no
benefit from). Since feral druids rely quite a bit on bleeds, the armor penetration on it is a weaker stat for the druid than the warrior; the same is to a certain extent the case for strength.
Overall, a feral druid taking that over a warrior is fail.

Actually, feral druids gain feral AP from the DPS.
Strength is one of if not THE best stat for a feral to stack.
Poleaxe > Mace
The druid would get equal use out of it.
Like I said, feral druids gain nothing from the DPS itself - they gain feral attack power instead (which is based on the DPS of the weapon). So you can't just say "oh it has a lot of feral attack power so the feral druid gains more from it than a warrior". That's incredibly stupid.
And as I said, the warrior gains more from armor penetration than druids due to less use of armor-ignoring bleeds, and the same goes for strength to a lesser extent (not that it's bad for druids, it's just slightly lower in priority for them, after both agility and armor penetration, the latter of which we have already established is relatively better for warriors than druids).
