Need some more information from your part... a link to your armory would work wonders. and is this happening on specific encounters or on every boss and trash mob you encounter.. where is this happening? what is your rotation?
all that having been asked, sometimes it does happen that you can have a higher DPS but less damage, on certain encounters... There are some fights in naxx where you have to do a lot more moving (like 4 horsemen and grob, and saph, and to a some extent KT) that will obviously detract from your overall damage, cause if you're moving you're not casting.

Ok, heres my armory link:

. I'm Arcane Specc, following the ABx3-->Abarr and when procc AbarrMbarr rotation. I compare myself with other mages in the group, and they have more than 100k damge done, doing aprox the same DPS.

If you are having to move around, so are the others. It makes very little sense that you would be so much less unless you are:
Drinking while everyone else is fighting.
Out of mana while out of combat and not drinking.
Afk for times.
While I was lvling my frost mage, I would always have highest dps, but not always the most dmg because I have to stop and drink so I can atk. Others can just keep going (rogues, warriors, etc).

i'm not sure i follow you.. when MB procs are you firing ABarr first then MB? if so, that will decrease your damage because you're not getting the increase from the 3 stacks of ABlast.
one thing i noticed... i'm hoping you have a different set of gear for your arcane set, because you're at least ~2.5% over the hit cap with what i'm seeing on your armory. Also, your cloak doesn't have an enchant, and from what I can see your haste is kinda low. It may be something to consider replacing the gem in your belt for a 16 haste rating gem.
Also, @abcdefg, what I meant about moving around is in encounters like Grobulus where you get the mutating injection.. every time i've done that fight it seems like one person is pretty consistently picked on by grob, getting the injection twice as much as every one else. If that's the case then you're constantly running back and forth to keep from farting in the middle of the raid. That will lower your overall damage as arcane, but not your DPS because recount counts the time you actually spend attacking the target and "pauses" it's count of you when you're not. (Such as when you're evocating).
Also, if you're not popping your cooldowns at the optimal times, then your damage is of course going to be lower than it should be, in spite of a higher DPS.

i'm not sure what you're "supposed to have" per say, but I know my mage has like.. 11.5% untalented.. add the 6% from the talents and that's 17%.. that's a HUGE increase in spell casting.
