Couldn't decide on which forum to use for this but I figured its a priest spell so here may be best.
As we all know PoH was changed to be usable on different groups but Grid still shows the incoming heals as my group. I've just dealt with it up to now but last night it caused a wipe. I've looked into it a bit and all I could find was someone on wowinterface.com who had the same problem asking in the comments section but it went unanswered. I got around it last night by making some macros to target a person from each group, cast PoH and announce in raid chat which group I was using it on but I'd really rather just find a fix.
Anyone help would be appreciated.
EDIT:
Okay, found a post on curse that mentions installing
LibHealComm-3.0
, reading through the description made my eyes cross in the way EJ forums does sometimes, I'm reposting in the addons forum.

I actually noticed this too, but here's the thing:
Although it appears on Grid that the PoH is healing your group when you have another group targeted, the actual heal goes to the right group. At least for me it does.
In other words, the +4.1 or whatever the heal is appears on each member of your group even though the other group is targeted. However, the heal still goes through as far as I've noticed.
Still annoying though.

Oh, and @#$% Healbot.
Three days and nobody knows a way to fix this? Thanks for bumping at least.

Most likely if updating grid doesn't update the LibHealComm-3.0 then either install the LibHealComm-3.0 yourself or maybe it's already in the updated ace3 library. So try to update your ace3.
LibHealComm-3.0 is a mod that keeps track of all healing cast by everyone. All healers with grid in our guild got it. This is a mandatory mod for Grid to work.
Ace3 is the whole library system, mods all based with the same library of files behind it. I don't really understand it but Ace3 got necessary files for every ace3 mod out there. Because the problem is LibHealComm-
3.0
it sounds like the newest ace3 should have a updated LibHealComm-3.0 because LibHealComm-3.0 is already updated to work with the new PoH mechanic.
TL:DR: Update Ace3
If fails install LibHealComm-3.0 manually.

lol worst attitude on a forum. ever.
and sorry sonoffool, I have nothing for you yet. I'll try to do some research of my own. However it would just make sense that someone programming Grid hasn't spotted the problem since it just came up on 3.1.... I think.

Funny, but I would have classified this
Oh, and @#$% Healbot.as the worst attitude on a forum ever.
But what do I know, I only use both mods actively.
(my druid uses grid, my priest uses healbot)

If fails install LibHealComm-3.0 manually. That sounds about like what I got from the posts on the addons d/l comments but I really have no idea where to go from there. I've found LibHealComm-3.0 on curse (not wowinterface for some reason) but the description there.....well its all about embedding in other addons and writing code which is really not my thing.
Any chance of an explanation of where I need to put this thing?
@ ignayshus
While admittedly the language I used to describe my thoughts on Healbot was rather strong I used it knowing that it would be edited by wowhead and furthermore is only my opinion of an addon. The difference here is that when someone came to these forums and asked for help you basically say "Its not my problem, I don't care."
Yeah, notquiteartdeco is right, that is the worst attitude you could have here, a forum dedicated to helping others.

I don't got a mod called "LibHealComm" but still a addon called "LibHealComm" is causing a lot of addon memory. So the most logic conclusion is that LibHealComm is in another "mod. (Correct term: part of a bigger Library).
Because LibHealComm is a library and part of the
wowace
site and support a large amount of mods I amuse it's in
ace3
. But it can also be directly part of grid, or maybe even in every possible mod but that destroys the whole purpose of a library. It maybe is smart to update all mods you use listed under the compatible list at
LibHealComm
(It is always smart to update mods when there is a problem.)
Yet I must be honest even trough I understand the whole ace project finding the right things can be really hard and confusing. I should test out of the solutions I offer really make a difference, maybe tomorrow. ;)

sonoflol: How is me informing you that Healbot works for the problem you specified not helpful?
Why do you think I use Grid for my druid? Because it does something Healbot can't.
I offered a solution, you basically told me to stuff it, and I noted that like it or not it works.

No, that was not a solution to my problem, if a tire goes flat on your car does that mean its time to trade your car in? If the roof of your home starts leaking does that mean its time to move?
I asked for a way to fix a mod and you say don't use it, get a different one. That is not helpful.
If you want an example of help read notquiteartdeco and Elrael's posts, of which I am very thankful for btw.

Terrible analogy, but whatever.
You asked for a solution to a function that an addon doesn't currently support.
I offered you information on an addon that supports the function you were looking for... how is that not helpful?
It might not be what you want to hear, but it's still useful.
Either way I'm sorry that you found my attempt to help you offensive.
