Dps.1.5k lvl 80 hunter help pls

i use to b a BM hunter. but after update they gimp the pets so i went with marksman. i got a litttle better dps but am still under 1.5k. n i dont like getting kick form raid cause of low dps. my char name is chinnuts i am on Blackrock server. i was stacking attack power n crit. so if am doing something wrong pls help me. i heard SV was better if so i will respec. i have 3927 with dragonhawk n the aruashot buff. my crit is 29%. my hit rating is 212 right now. trying to push it to max which is 269 r 266. also what is the best glyphs to have? i have a cat as a pet.

my shot rotation is hunter mark, serpent sting, aim shot, steady shot, arcane shot, than chimera shot. this is my starting rotation.

2nd rotation steady shot, aim shot ( cause the cd just worn off by than) arcane shot, steady shot, steady shot, chimera shot ( i use chimera shot to keep serpent sting going so i dont have to shot serpent sting again.)

now i do spam a lot of volley shot if there is a group of 2 r more mobs. but for one mob i use the shot rotation above. i even use my trinket that gives me a 670+ atk pwr for 20 sec. i use this a lot. i used to have 2 trinket with atk pwr buffs n i was using them back to back after the cd was off.
