The build looks great, just one minor thing, does RPM really help that much? I've found that with a steady control on my RP gain I usually never cap RP when doing my standard blood rotation (except when I'm stacking up for DRW) and if you've taken RPM because of the 3sec extra on DRW, dont you think that in the long run 2% strength offered from Rav. Dead would be better?
If you're starting to feel comfortable with your rotation you might also want to move 1 point from epidemic to max out Rav. dead (assuming you move the points from RPM). This is because with a standard blood rotation the diseases gets refreshed after~20 seconds preventing them for ticking a final time and since no "increased damage when diseased" strikes will be used between the period of 18sec (1/2 epidemic diseases runs out) to 20 sec (diseases refreshed).
All in all, a very good build with the ideal glyph choices :)

That's also why I'm running 2/2 epidemic. Not to mention my expertise is relatively low - one dodge ruins the rotation and I wind up with 1 or more HS hitting with 0 diseases up (and that's with 2/2 epidemic).
Good points good points, I'm gonna have to remember that for future builds. ;)
I did forget to factor in 4/5 T7/7.5 set bonus (shame on me) just remember that it'll be nerfed to 5extra rp in the next patch so hopefuly you wont be capping that much :)
