First thing you should is forward the e-mail with full headers intact to hacks@blizzard.com since that is a phishing scam—Blizzard does not ask you to verify your identity via e-mail.
Second thing you should do is check your computer in case any malicious programs managed to get onto your computer.
Third thing you should do, after you've secured your computer, is to change the password to your WoW account and the e-mail registered account. If you want some additional security tips, take a look at this sticky thread: (
