that should tell you something.................................ARMS ISN'T GOOD FOR PVE
You're uh...you don't know too much about 3.1 do ya?
Arms is absolutely good for PvE. Fury is still fine too, though lots have gone to Arms.

Slam is a much better attack than MS, use MS only if you have spare over 50 rage.

So i just switched to Arms (from fury) and I love it for pvp, but my raid DPS sucks, (around 1700 on a boss fight) i dont use a rotation, i just hit what i have rage for. If u guys have any advice it would really help, like what you use as a rotation, ect. thanks guys.
Don't PvE in PvP gear. Resilience and stamina gems/enchants give no DPS.
Enchant your gear.
Get hit capped (8%), expertise capped (6.5% dodge reduction altogether) and get 35%+ crit chance.
Get the epic engineering gun crafted and blue Cloak of Bloodied Waters from AH.
Get exalted with Knights of the Ebon blade for 3 DPS upgrades (1 at revered, 2 at exalted).
Get revered with sons of Hodir for a DPS shoulder enchant (or exalted for a better one).
Switch to professions that actually benefit your DPS (like BS/JC combo).
Move 2 points from UW to Weapon Mastery.
Don't use heroic strike, use a rotation..........

I'm still pretty new to the warrior class (my warrior is 48) but I've found the following to be pretty effective for taking a mob down to about 1/4 to 1/2 hp in a few seconds:
Charge > MS > Rend > Hamstring (to get them from escaping and to try and get overpower to proc)
With Unrelenting Assault, Improved Overpower and Juggernaut, and a glyph of overpower most of my attacks are crits doing lots of damage. After that initial attack I spam instant attacks (rend, hamstring and sunder) to try and get overpower to proc more. If a second mob adds I hit it with cleave and keep up my rend on the first (who goes down pretty quick at this point).
When I work with a tank I simply do that initial attack then back off and start over...rage goes up quick that way! It works pretty good in BGs too, let someone else attack, swoop in from the side, do lots of damage and run away....then repeat.
My only beef with this is that the Glyph of Overpower is bad if you're concerned with boss fights in instances/raids/what-have-you - If you're doing dps right, you aren't in front of the boss, and thus are not getting parried, negating the use of the glyph. Its probably better suited to exclusive pvp or questing use.
