The best way to make money in TBC, is by questing. The quests all got some very nice gold rewards + items you can vendor. If you really prefer to grind, I would grind either the spiders in Terrokar forest cause they can drop Netherweb Spider Silk. These silk sell for around 7g a piece on my server. Or you can grind leather. TBC leather is always needed + it sells fast (You could also go back to winterspring and farm Rugged Leather, these sell on my server around 10/12g a stack).
Good luck grinding ^^

The best way to make a ton of money is to level up to 70 by grinding/dungeons as much as possible. The more quests you save for lvl 70, the more gold you will make from converting all that XP into Gold. Also, nagrand is crawling with beasts all over the place, so a skinner is most efficient there.
Focus on Clefthoof, Thick Clefthide Leather is >4g a piece on most servers... if you don't get the thick then you'll normally get 3 scraps or 1-2 knothide.

The best advice go get clefthoof bulls you will need the Thick clefthide later, and the meat and other stuff they drop are nice.
Ow and please dont forget grey loot = moneyloot dont discard them to quickly.
