made a little research, google is your friend.
found the topic on EJ, the mutilate raiding one. if you have time, i suggest you to read the whole thread.
the TL;DR version is: best spec was 51/13/7, but with the enevenom buffs after and the more value of haste that came after we got deeper in combat for lighning reflexes, remaining with 2 points.
these points go in RS because mutilate contributes for a very little part of our dps instead more energy makes go up our enevenom uptime to near 100%, which boosts the about 50% of our dps.
so RS is better than opportunity. there is the math, go search for it. the fact i don't write it here doesn't mean that there could be something better in any case.
even shorter version: RS > opportunity and maths proves it. every other theory is wrong.

I have found the problem!
The only buff uptime bonus you'll get out of it is a SnD refresh happening more often, and I can't honestly speak to that because I'm not lvl'd enough to make use of SnD or HfB, but - do you guys really find that SnD runs out if you don't have RS working?
More envenoms
Requires Melee Weapon
Finishing move that consumes your Deadly Poison doses on the target and deals instant poison damage. Following the Envenom attack you have an additional 15% chance to apply Deadly Poison and a 75% increased frequency of applying Instant Poison for 1 sec plus an additional 1 sec per combo point. One dose is consumed for each combo point:
More buff uptime
Chance to apply Deadly Poison increased by 15% and frequency of applying Instant Poison increased by 75%.
More deadly proccs
This should be applied to a fast oh, because it has a set 30% chance to be applied per strike.
Also once stacked to 5 times, each application of
Deadly Poison
causes the poison on the rogue's other weapon to be applied.
More instant proccs
Each strike has a chance of poisoning the enemy which instantly inflicts Nature damage.
More dps
Most of your dps as mutilate comes from poisons and more specific instant poison
Tldr
This guy obviously didnt know anything about the envenom buff.

Uhmmm..... i keep seeing people that say "attack power" in reference to gemming rogue gear. But i thought agility was better. please clear this up for me as i am preparing to make a twink rogue- even though we can't gem the gear i am considering geting him to 80, id like to know the info in advance.

hi people,
i just started to play a rogue and i am quite confuse on whether is should sockets my furious set with attack power and resilience or sockets them with agility and resilience. Please advice
