Well, it's been hours, the sign-in screen has even dropped the notice about the 3:00pdt time change, and I'm still stuck at the box.
We're officially in squinty-eyed-annoyed mode.
-_-
Like that.

Just got home from school.. Updated, got all excited as it took 30 minutes to install the patches..
Then, I go to log on, and it assigns me to some random realm.
I hit view realm list..
None of my servers are even on there.
I have characters spanned across three.
Dx
So I go to a new server, decide to make a character on a pvp server and kill some time..
"Creating Character.."
Dammit, so I hit cancel and then redo all my settings. Okay, time to roll.
"Creating Character.."
"Error creating character"
What the hell?
Oh, and what's up with all the locked topics?

Ok no one seems to be looking at my thread and there are people looking at this thread, so I'll post my dilemma here.
Every time I try to download the patch, I go through the quick "preparing to download the new patch" thing on the launcher screen, and then I get an error that says:
Windows: No Disk
Exception Processing Message 0xc0000013 Parameters 0x762D023C
0x83E429DC 0x762D023C 0x762D023C
The error window gives me the option to Cancel, Try again, or Continue. Whenever I hit Try again or Continue, it will show up with an error screen that looks like this:
Error: Invalid Torrent File
Is there something really dumb that I overlooked or is there something more serious wrong?
Ok it's now 2:10 PST, and I'm trying to bypass the launcher. So I get to the log-in screen, type in my username and pass, and it logs me in and says "downloading updates" and then "press the restart button below to exit World of Warcraft and download the patch". I press the restart button, and then it takes me back to the same error messages I'm getting.
You might have to reinstall =/
Delete your Cache folder in World of Warcraft dir. It should help if the torrent is the cause of the problem. (it will redownload the torrent.)

Relax, if your server isn't there, then they are still working on bringing it up. Yeah it seems unfair, but next week at this time, we'll all be playing and complaining about OP ret pallies and Titan fist wars.
Just simmer. You knew today was gunna suck.

Ok simmer revoked. I just went back on to see if it had retrieved my characters yet... and my server has gone back offline, lol. That's even more frustating then before.

I bet blizzard will say something like illidan hasnt been lagging for primetime today... all the lag problems are fixed.
Then the playerbase will say something like 'i guess thats true.... illidan cant lag if its not up.'
