I don't have much Twink experience, but I'll say what I can.

First off (you probably expected this), a fast sword on your MH is a bad idea. In PvP, you rely on instant attacks mostly, so you want the slowest/strongest MH you can get. I'd get a Protector's Sword for the MH and a Vanquisher's Sword for your offhand (if it is even obtainable.) The Coldrage Dagger also seems very viable due to its snare effect. Icy would be an option for the dagger for extra snare.

Also, spec-wise, I would either do full Assassination, or a mix of Assassination or Combat. Examples:

I'm quite partial to build #2 because of its Riposte.
