First...why would you want to make a twink priest? Cloth hasn't been known for the best pvp and most of our pvp talents are farther down the talent tree.

But I find your origional build better, but I'm not one for knowing much on 39 pvp seeing as I've never entered their bg.

(Shadow)Priest are quite deadly at 39 and 49. Holy priest always rule, but need someone to heal.

As for the builds, I don't think disc offers a lot yet, the better pvp talents are lower and mana regen is not so hard needed in pvp.

As for your holy spec. It's nice, but I think something like

is more suited.

I'm not sure about blessed recovery, maybe spell warding is better or maybe improved renew (but renews get dispelled a lot).
Most of the spells in Holy reach aren't useful or available at 39 pvp except smite maybe. But if you want to dps go shadow.

If your are really low at crit don't take surge of light and use those two points in spiritual healing.
