I enjoy the videos.
But I think it wouldn't hurt to run the instance with the group once before you actually make the show. That way you know what's coming up ahead and can more easily explain why you handle certain things the way you do. Everything that puzzled your mind then could be looked up in advance so you know what might be interesting to explain.

Very nice video quality and editing... Wasted on four overpaid and or at least spendy hobbyist slackjaws who don't even know how to play the game they're makeing webisodes about. Add to the socially akward non-humor and overall dull "rehearsed" speech and you have the makeings of a mediocre "Edu-tainment" program. Complete with four forced personalitys no one but the cast of X-play could relate to. Complete with metrosexual mac-enthusiast Faux-Hawks and flat uninspired commentary. (Except for the one, when they realized four gelled up trendy cuts was probably overkill.)
Why are there so many supportive comments? It's only one notch above a crit showcase video. And even then I've seen more charismatic people holding a diolauge during set crit documentaries.
It's not a proper or intelligent strategy guide, But it neither parodies anything or provides entertainment alongside any accidental information it might provide, it falls into a horrific dull niche which proves to provide no joy or use in any way whatsoever. Like a blank book with ink-proof pages.
Not to mention the "Classy" and "Seamless" advertisement in the middle of each episode. Nice, bore me and fail to enlighten me AND try and shill an overpriced shoddy product on me. That'll get you places.
And to top it all off, it's got a direct "Free Publicity" link smeared and stained across the face of wowhead.
In summary, I just felt I needed to post some negativity to drown out all of this horrible un-deserved praise.

Fair enough, but I challenge you, and anyone who agrees with you to do better. Go ahead, do it. And don't post up some shoddy, poor quality YouTube speed videos of people in T6 gear clearing Heroic UB set to loud ass death metal and/or techno music (because that's really the only other thing out there right now - besides PvP videos and most of them suck *worse* than these guys do).
In the world of the blind, the one-eyed man is king.
Like I said, I admire it from a technical and editting standpoint, but I wonder if it's one of them or a hired/seperate invididual doing the editting.. But anyways... I hate that "If you can't do better shut up" Mentality. Since it's flawed and basically tries to stamp out criticism.
I can't make a car, but I can put in my opinion on the quality and design of it.
You can't make a feature film, but I think we can both agree "Beverly Hills Chihuahua" is going to be a horrific movie.
Being the best of the mediocre doesn't count as "good". But it doesn't necessarily make it bad either.
And, even though I was a little harsh out of the gate, I'd like to think that some criticism now and then overall helps people out, even if it's a little biting. Since "Great Job" Ad Nauseum doesn't help anyone to figure out if they have any flaws in their creation or ways to improve it. Heck you don't even have to be as negative as I was with the criticism. "Great Job, but.. You could make this a bit more fleshed out and clear." Or "Great Job, However you were a bit lean on presentation here."
If I had to do over again would I have been more constructive? Sure. But that's what humanity is, human. We make mistakes, we learn from them, we move on hopefully for the better. I won't edit my original post to erase what I said since then I'd be backpeddleing. But I won't apologize for the complete content either. So I'm just going to end it with "I'll be more civil in the future"
And optional PS: You can ask me at any time to do thought out-constructive critcism in lieu of what I posted and I'll be happy to oblige.
