What are you planning on using for a rotation?
You've got no blood of the north, which will nerf your damage/threat and mean youll have no way to generate death runes.
Acclimation is situational at best and what with DKs insane damage reduction abilities, not really needed imo, points are much better spent elsewhere.
And again, on the rotation front, why Epidemic? It shouldnt be needed for a frost rotation especially since diseases will last 15 seconds.
You really should have 5/5 Bladed Armor, its one of our main boosters of threat and scales with gear which is important.
Something like
this would be much better. I wouldnt even have bothered with Morbidity but since theres now a 10 sec CD on Howling Blast I#d imagine even frost tanks will be using it for aoe tanking.
