I'm assuming that's a PvP spec. Rather, I'm hoping :P.
In that case, Seal of Light > Seal of Wisdom. PvP isn't about spamming holy lights on Patch for as long as possible.
Indeed it is a PvP specc =P
The reason to why i said on top SoW > SoL is because that was mainly for holy paladins in general.
Why i use SoW over SoL is because in pvp gear i have atm 15k mana and i do heroics/raids from time to time so in those cases SoW comes out very much on top and i really cant be arsed with changing since i like a little extra mana in PvP as well.
Glyph of Salv is a pure pure pure pure DPS/Holy glyph.
The only reason to use this on a tank is when aggro switching and the boss is immune to taunt. Afaik there are no such encounters yet and i doubt blizz will make them since no encounter can rely on the group setup including a paladin.
So the only time this would be effective is if the DPS gets aggro and you pop this on them to make the damage taken before someone can pick up the boss/add is way less than it would be otherwise.

I'm going to be using
Glyph of Hammer of the Righteous,
Glyph of Seal of Vengeance and
Glyph of Divine Plea. I know alot of tanks are going to look at Glyph of HotR as being as waste, but my paladin is still level 75 and I can see it being helpful for grinding or just taking down my pulls faster.
