if you're taking suppression then glyphs = incinerate, conflagrate and life tap. if you were taking improved soul leech you would drop life tap for immolate.
don't worry about you GoLT, take cataclysm.
there's lots of good places for the last 2 points. it's really personal preference. the simcrafted build takes one in destructive reach and one in Sburn but shadowfury, soul leech, nether prot, demonic embrace, molten skin. all up for grabs if you want them.
embrace > sundial yeah.
no to corruption in the rotation.

1) I currently use (planning on sticking with this) Conflag, Immolate, Incinerate
2) I have enough hit that I drop the 3 points in suppression and pick up soul leech/improved soul leech - our raid is generally a bit low on sources for replenishment
3) neither improves dps by a significant amount, but demonic embrace does a bit more for survivability than improved healthstone
4) embrace
5) no - the only time you should cast corruption is if you're running - 2pc t7 isn't worth enough to make up the dpct difference between corruption/incinerate

actually simcraft puts 0/13/58 slightly above 3/13/55 using the glyphs i mentioned and the +hit gear set for 0/13/58. it's an incredibly slight increase so we could really call them dead even.
basically, all else being equal, why not bring replenishment to the table? if you gear set could really use suppression then you won't be losing personal dps so the decision is down to whether the raid needs another replenishment/impHS etc.
regarding GoLT, you've got it yeah. the mana return from improved soul leech means that you would have to LT for the buff and not for the mana meaning lost GCDs and lost dps.

yeah, this has come up before. it's not about how many conflags you can do per immo. you recast immo whenever it needs refreshing and you conflag whenever it's off cooldown.
priority order:
CoD > immo > conflag > CB > incinerate > life tap

There is a thread on EJ somewhere about this.
this is a problematic phrase. without a link we can't see whether there is a thread and if the information in the thread is at all useful. the EJ forum is full of useful information but it's no more immune to falsehood than any where else so taking a single line like "GoInc > GoLT" without understanding the details involved is a very bad idea.
the testing i've done and that i've seen show the glyph of incinerate being a core glyph for both deep destro builds along with conflag. the third glyph is either GoLT or GoImo and depends on the build having improved soul leech.
as we've discussed briefly above, the extra mana granted by iSL means far less need to LT for mana. this means either you only LT for mana and have a bad uptime on the glyph's buff or you LT every 20 seconds and get the buff but lose GCDs.
"hard to keep track of" the buff isn't really a serious consideration. if it's worth doing then it's what we will be doing

no, i'm not at all confused.
if you look at the glyphs used by each spec in the simulation you'll see that 0/13/58 takes incinerate, immolate and conflag and 3/13/55 takes incinerate, conflag and life tap.
the change between those two isn't incinerate or life tap it's life tap or immolate because conflag and incinerate are the clear choices.
i an back up these glyph choices with my own simcraft parses.

ah, i see your problem. you're looking at DPET and taking that as the most important stat. of course immo has DPET it's a DoT and of course conflag has DPET it's on a cooldown. over half a destro's damage comes from incinerate.
as i said, you don't have to believe me, it's all there in the simulations you linked.
