This is the Slam DPS guide, but it includes the most effective build & technique for using 2H Fury, imo.
The build is next to the last section, but you need to understand how to use this or you'll be very disappointed with it's performance.

2H fury can also be fun as hell in PvP (nowhere as good for survivability and viability as MS of course), if your gear / healer keeps you alive long enough for you to get rampage stacked. 3K white crit followed by a 3K bloodthirst crit (with close to 3K AP with minimal buffs) is brutal.
