Just keep plugging away. Try to socialize with other people in your lvl range and do some quests and dungeons together to see if they're decent. Add them to your friends list. You'll get there.

I'm a level 32 mage and i swear I cannot find a decent team. We get wiped on these simple dungeons.... Any tips?
Maybe you are the determining factor here? Its easy to blame everyone else, but maybe its not them - its you?
Do you pull yourself or wait for tank to pull?
Do you assist everyone or do you attack whatever?
Do you use crowd control in any form?
5 man dungeons are supposed to be team play introduction. Do you act as a team? If they dont, would you maybe try to show them how?

I know this
can
be true, but I also know that it need not be.
I still remember back in Cataclysm. I always dreaded Grim Batol, because you could be 95 % sure that we would wipe at least once. As a healer, I found it very difficult to do anything to help, other than hopelessly try to tell the players what to do, only to have no one listen to me. This seems to be one of the issues:
It's the language barrier between foreign and domestic realms that prevents communication between players.
Not the CRZ. But the people who don't know English. We can't exactly expect Blizzard to tell everyone who don't read/write English, to just leave the game. But it gets very annoying when trying to talk to someone, that simply doesn't understand English. They want us to communicate and work as a team - How do you do that when communicating is impossible?
At least, as far as I know, the CRZ only work across similar servers - IE: English PvE with English PvE, German PvE with German PvE, ect. ect. The problem is with those who simply do not have a server dedicated to them, and doesn't speak any of the languages available. I know from personal experience: I'm from Denmark, we have no server of our own, so most kids, and even quite a few adults, have no chance of communicating with an English team.

I do believe it has a lot to do with levels. With my lvl 45 dungeons are decent. We all know what we need to do, so we are in and out in an organized, quick way.
I tried a dungeon with my lvl 17: very different experience. First time everybody split up, then we couldn't find one of the bosses, so we had to leave the instance and get back in queue.
Second time, same dungeon, different group: group leader was only speaking Portuguese, and he decided as a healer to do tanking. He managed to split us up, get one guy killed, never healing anybody. So we kicked him out, after we realized we are in big doo-doo with him doing anything but healing.
P.S. In my guild chat I see a lot of players complaining about healers tanking, or viceversa. Do they even realize what their job is?

Believe it or not I leveled up a 90 lock and hunter and I have run only a few dungeons. What is the best way for me to learn the in's and out's of dungeons's and raids without trying to run something difficult and looking like an idiot. What dungeons should I run?
