Macro spec-specific profile addon?

is there an addon that rewrites your toon-specific macros depending on your spec?
i know there's an addon called macrobank that does this, are there any other addons that work in a similar way?
what i want is an addon that detects your spec (not just spec:1 or spec:2, but detects Feral, Guardian, Balance, or Resto for example) and switches to the macro profile for that spec when you switch to it, and rewrites the toon-specific macros according to that profile.
example: my druid is feral/resto, and i have a set of macros for each spec. i drop resto and pick up balance, now my resto macro set is automatically switched out for my balance macro set.
basically I'm asking for an addon like macrobank, just with an auto feature and slightly cleaner interface. Does such an addon exist?

Are you looking to keybind? Bindpad does this. If you prefer buttons, I'm assuming most action bar addons allow this. Try Bartender, Macaroon/Ion, or Dominos.

Well I do use Bindpad for buttons like pageup and pagedown, but I have my main actionbar keybound to the numpad buttons normally. What I want is the ability to overwrite the regular character-specific macros so I don't have to constantly change them when I change specs.
Example:
Feral/resto macro
/cast Swiftmend; Mangle
To feral/balance, the same macro:
/cast Starsurge; mangle
I love playing all 4 specs of druid, and I respec quite often, so I need an addon that changes my macros for me automatically, so I don't have to go back and change 12 macros every time I respec.

Since you are aware about the modifier, I guess this is about switching between three different specs, respeccing at the trainer instead of dualspec.
You're probably aware of this, but as a druid, you can use to further repurpose macros - Feral uses and it has its own bars anyway*, Balance is in most of the time (Flight Form in other specs, but that's not a combat form anyway) and Resto is (not sure whether ToL counts as a form here)
* Unless this is about the number of macros, but there's also the non-character macros, and in case you still don't have enough slots, a general macro management/extension addon might be helpful enough.
