To use or not to use, that is my question ?
Guardian druid here.
They mostly tell me to aim for 15% expertise. To reforge EVERYTHING to crit and expertise (I'm soft capped at 7.5% already).
I'll admit, I'm pretty lost in term of stats priority right now.
I'm prioritizing Stam > Agi > Mastery > Hit/Exp at 7.5% > Crit > Haste > dodge.
Ask mr.robot tell me : Stam > Agi > Crit > Exp=Hit > Mastery > Dodge.
And almost, if not all guide nowadays seems to conflict with each other or not be up to date.
So I'm not sure what I should do right now.

Eh, I wonder how did Mastery get so high in your prio list.
Read theincbear.com . All the info you might need is there.
Keep a healthy distance from sites like Noxxic and Askmrrobot.

I will second theincbear.com. If you don't have the desire or aptitude to analyze the models yourself, Arielle does a good job of breaking it down to info you can use. Her site is definitely the site w/ suggestions that most closely matches my analysis, and as a result is the one that I prefer....funny how that works.
I use AMR only as an easy way to search for my upgrade path (after entering my own stat values & changing to relative gear ranking). I used to also use AMR for reforging based on my stat values; however, since the update to MoP this has been unreliable & at times completely wrong.
I will also say that you need to keep in mind the current state of your gear when discussing stat weights. Looking at your stat priority, mine looks very different. For example, I use mastery just to reforge to more desirable stats, in fact I value mastery below haste (this is 100% due to my gear & this valuation should not be used unless you meet certain stat thresholds).
You also need to be aware of how recent changes to stat budgets has changed validity of your priority. To illustrate, I currently value Agi = 1 & Crit = 0.85. Let's say that I have an open red gem socket (for argument sake, we will assume a valuable socket bonus); clearly my priority is agi > crit, but does that mean that I should put a
Delicate Primordial Ruby
or a
Deadly Vermilion Onyx
in that socket?

That's the most annoying thing. And then everyone reveres that person as the paragon of correctness and you just lower your hand and stuff.

Clearly the orange one. Simple math.
160 agi = 160
80 agi + 160 crit = 80 + 160*0.85= 216
It would be pure agi if you weight for crit was below 50% of the agi weight.

LOL Hymer; here,
Gingerbread Cookie
, have a cookie.
On a serious, and
somewhat
related, note it appears I have been underestimating the value of Agi for certain situations; particularly very high vengeance situations. Playing around with different methods of single tanking Mel'Jarak, it seems that despite the majority of the incoming damage being melee,
not
using SD seems to work much better (for me, YMMV). Spending my rage on FR instead has me able to reliably sustain >27k HPS in self-healing (while putting out >220k DPS), taking a huge load off our healers. The highest HPS I have been able to put out on an attempt (ugly attempt resulting in me having to over-prioritize my healing) was just shy of 50k HPS.
As a result I am not sure just how much increase to my value of Agi is correct (clearly Vengeance plays a much bigger part of the puzzle for FR); however, I suspect that 1.0 is a bit low.
edit: obligatory YMMV statement

I use
Icy Veins
as their explanation seems pretty logical...
Stam > Hit (7.5%) > Crit > Exp (7.5%) > Haste
I tend to glance over AMR generally and reforge using
reforgelite
in game and
wowreforge
.
I don't have direct access to my stats but I think in bear spec they are:
Hit >7.5%, Crit 33%, Exp >7.0%, Haste 8%, Mastery 17%
My bear gear being over 470 and so far no complaints from healers with 4/6 MV normal, and LFR HoF!
I try to glance at guides and make my own mind up. If I die in three hits or am single handedly making healers go OOM then I have a problem. If I can't keep aggro off a crazy DPS mage then I have a problem. Until such a time happens I'll keep with what I've got! xD

Just a quick note on mastery
which, in my opinion, is rubbish! Compared to the likes of DK Blood Sheild and Pala Bulwark they should balance it out with some extra dodge!

...stuff
I have a couple issues with what you have said:
While we have actively attempted to lead inexperienced druids away from sites with questionable info for Guardians, particularly stat weights (and AMR in particular), you thought it best o try to lead these same inexperienced Guardians to a site that specifically uses AMR for stat weights & has a link to AMR
in the middle of the page you linked
. I know you are trying to be helpful; however, you are undermining the help that more experienced Guardians are attempting to give.
While you may be correct in that a change of our mastery to instead buff Dodge vs. Armor may be an increase in TDR, this would also have the effect of increasing spike damage. This is would absolutely horrible, especially for new & undergeared Guardians or Guardians with undergeared healers.
Honestly, Dodge is not all that great for us this tier (it does have its place, but like Mastery it is not something you want emphasis on most of the time), and even for some very melee heavy fights Dodge is not the best place to allocate our stats or spend our resources.

To break it down the most simply: More hits (thus the expertise/hit) = more crits = more rage = more
. You can have nearly a 100% uptime with
and thus have more mitigation than you can get reforging into mastery for armor.
This is more reactive than Guardian druids have ever had to be in the past. We have to manage
charges to maintain as much up-time as possible. This is a big change from when we could hit whatever button we wanted because we had 100 rage at all times.
