1, 2, 4: No.
5: From the Light, same as all other Undeads.
3: Of course they do.
6: Positive emotions, not so much. Negative though, oh hell yeah.

1 and 2: Nope, due to the whole undeath thing.
3: Yeah, that's why they were able to turn away from the Lich King.
4 and 5: Yes and No to both, let me explain. There is only so far a body can be pushed before it begins to tear apart from shear strain, the strength of a DK is the fact that they can continue when a living member of their species would drop dead from fatigue. But unlike mindless undead, they are fully aware of what their body is being put through and are (for the most part) in the same condition as when alive, nerves fully intact and still working. Thus they could be tortured by non-Light based means...but the damage would have to be much more than what would suffice for a living creature. Basically, they just can't die from shear pain overload to escape torture, it would have to come from amount of wounds.
6: They are thinking beings, of course they feel...but they are most certainly warped by their experiences at the hands of the Lich King. That is some serious mental trauma right there, and its gonna leave a huge scar on their psyche. They are going to have a hard time trusting and might even lash out verbally/physically if they feel threatened by a potential lover or that they have been "betrayed". It's a clusterfluff of an emotional mess to say the least. If you're planing to role play a DK romantically I might suggest doing a bit of research about people from abused households, it'll help with your realism.

I have a few questions about death knights, answer however you please.
1: Do they need to sleep?
Nope, they're dead, no need to sleep.
2: Do they need to eat or drink?
Nope, again, goes with being undead. On this same vein they don't really need to breathe.
3: Do they have thoughts and feelings?
Yep, if what we've seen with Darion and Thassarian seems to indicate, they regained all their feelings, and all their emotions from when they were still alive. Their personality may (or may not) have changed when they transitioned to Dks, but their feelings were reawakened once their mental link to the lich king was severed.
As such, they can feel anger ("You betrayed me, you betrayed us all you monster!, TASTE THE MIGHT OF MOGRAINE") They can feel happiness ("Do not worry, Leryssa.Nothing will stop me from coming home to the only family that I have left.") they can feel companionship and brotherhood and more. What is unclear is if they can feel lust, and carnal apetites, like a desire for sex, or physical attraction to someone else. I'd wager that since they can feel love towards their kin, then they should be able to feel other forms of love, but blizz hasn't yet wanted to go there (And due to the T rating of the game, they probably never will)
4: Do their muscles get tired?
Asylu did a good job answering this one. As undead beings they don't feel physical exertion anymore. This is what makes them one of the most elite fighting forces in the world, as they can fight long after most living combatants would be way too tired or exhausted to continue.
5: Do they feel pain?
Yes they do, and from MANY MANY MANY sources. Being a DK, is the ultimate definition of "Blessed with Suck".
Sure they get to live forever, they never tire, they never sleep, eat, or breathe, but any contact with the holy light burns them in a painful way, wounds to their bodies still hurt, and worse of all, they suffer from a condition known as "The Endless Hunger"
The Endless Hunger is an affliction given to all DKs, and it means that you HAVE to kill someone, or something, constantly, to feed your own hunger for death. Refusal to do so means suffering from ever increasing pains. Eventually the pain gets so high, the DK just goes feral and insane, and will kill anything or anyone just to make the pain stop.
Its the reason why DKs can never return to a normal life, they can't just put down their weapons and retire. For the rest of their eternal existence they have to keep fighting to satiate their own need for death. This is why they decided to put this hunger to good use, by serving either as mercenaries to whatever group will hire them, or as soldiers for the horde and alliance. Seeing as both groups have a big supply of enemies to slay, they can keep their hunger at bay.
6: Can they get emotionally attached to someone?
As evidenced by Darion and his father, or Thassarian and his Sister, yes they can.

You can add that Kolitra and Thassarian see them self as brothers or something like that
on a side note do their hearts beat? can they get poisoned? (venoms/alcohol etc)

No; Death Knights are corpses, just better preserved then Forsaken are.

1: Nope
2: Nope
3: Yes, it's this that makes them into whats considered "Leadership" or "Special Ops" For the scourge, they are still perfectly cappable of thought.
4: No, in this case they are undead and are moved by dark magics not actual physical tissue.
5: Yes they feel pain, they are well-preserved enough to feel it.
6: Yes
