If you have a Razor Naga and would like to share how you use it to help others that would be swell. Just picked one up and searching for other example of how they use it. First I used as many buttons as possible on the Num pad but now finding 1 4 7 and 10 are the most comfortable for my fat fingers.
Post your UI or just describe how you play your Naga

Use razer naga for prot and arms.
Use 1-12 and shift modifier 1-12 which covers all talents i need although sometimes i make some slight adjustments depending on whether i am in a raid.
My ui is fat boss, just google it, very popular.

Maybe people are used to mice with 4 buttons or less since Vanilla and a Naga is a totally new ball game to get used too. Google only has maps of key bindings pre 5.0 which is why I asked in this forum how the MoP Fury warrs have it set up.
Binding 1,4,7, and 10 to BT, RB,WS, and DrR works for me as far as comfort is what I discovered since last night using the Naga but everyone is different... Just looking for examples of other players.

I've only recently started using my Naga to it's full potential. Before I only used it for a push to talk button in Vent. I've only really used it for prot, as I'm not the best at DPS and rarely do it.
10 is my interrupts, 11 is shockwave, and 12 is my rage dump (Heroic Strike.) 8 is my AOE and 5 is my new push to talk. I think 6 and 9 are my blocks and absorbs, but I can't remember. 1-7 I use my keyboard for.

I played WoW fine in Wrath without a Razer Naga, but when I got back into WoW around 9 months later after Cata hit, I found myself wanting one. Went on Newegg, bought one for $65 with free shipping (fifteen bucks cheaper, yay~), and haven't looked back since. I used shift and ctrl modifiers (alt for the classes that use pets), used tons of macros/keybinds, and I don't regret any of it. Of course, I used the damn thing so much it made my thumb hurt and the mouse is slightly small for my tastes (which is weird because imo, I don't have large hands; medium at best). I rarely use the two buttons by the left click, but I use the 1-12 all the damn time. Not just for WoW, but for other games as well, namely LoL.
However, you don't need an expensive mouse/keyboard to be a bad ass in WoW. All ya need is a decent comp, a good internet connection, a server perfect for you, and the ability to learn your class for yourself, not because your RL is barking at you to do it. Don't get lazy; challenge yourself. Study people who play your class/spec, ask them questions about what they're doing differently, and keep working at being better. It's surprising what things you can learn even after how 'epic' you might think you've become. :3

I've used the Razer Naga mouse for wow since BC and absolutely love it. In Cata I had an 85 of every class and now I have 7 90's and I use it for every spec/class. Love it for fury gotten so used to Shift+Alt modifiers and CTRL for pets that I have alot of easy access buttons that I don't even need.
The Naga is the word bruh, amazing. The response time for procs on my DK and Warrior are amazing and haven't met another one to match me on a good day :)
I actually use the Razer Naga UI here lately which is no different than most Function bar add ons I just find it simple and very effective.

the Naga is wonderful. Worth every penny. The Old Death Adder mouse I brought to the office where it sits with my letter rubbed off Lycosa keyboard.

If you have a larger hand than normal, you could go for the
R.A.T. 9
, but I'm starting to think it's for FPS more than key-binding. Still, if you have some cash to spend and you feel like most mice, even the Naga, are too small, it's fully adjustable. The Razer Naga Epic might be worth getting instead, in case you want a ton of buttons and an adjustable pinky side to it,and wireless, but for me, I wish I had a longer and slightly wider mouse... Still, Naga is pretty badass for macroing, keybinding, and on the fly adjustments.

In my case I was using the razer naga on my melee classes. I had a logitech G5 mouse which was absolutely awesome aswell, unfortunately that one died on me. the naga is unreplaceable on classes/specs that require a lot of movement so mostely anything melee, tanks its good for anyway. on my range DPS classes I prefer to use 1-6/q/e/z/r/f/v and some other buttons. On healers I use a healing grid with click options, only buttons I really use there is "oh - %^&*" E and F in my case, and shift/ctrl/alt modifiers.
*edit* the thing I REALLY REALLY hate about the naga, is the placement of the 4 and 5 buttons, they are hard to reach with both thumb and index finger, besides that the mouse is pretty small for my big hands the logitech mouses I use are a bit better for that (currently looking to buy a G500)

When I first bought my Razer Naga and spent some time with it, I thought I had made a mistake purchasing it. I could not get used to the button placements and "blind" clicking. But then I used the Bartender AddOn to mimic the layout of the mouse buttons, and quickly became accustomed to it. Now I can't imagine ever playing without it. I no longer have to match the action-bar to the buttons (unless I'm learning a new class) and have memorized my where favorite/most used abilities are keybound.
If you're having trouble getting used to the buttons, I suggest using an action-bar addon like Bartender and use the same technique of making one action-bar 4 rows of 3 buttons each.
I usually use the keyboard 1-6 for my main abilities, 7-= for my offensive cooldowns, and Razer Naga buttons for my situational/utility abilities (heroic strike, berserker rage, die by the sword, engineering tinkers, etc).

Razer has it's own addon for using your Razer Naga in game that they usually keep up to date. Use whatever preference you'd like of course, but keep in mind that the Razer Naga is fairly simple and perfect to use with the mouse. You can get it by going to the Razer site and checking in downloads for the addon.
