So i have a 85 hunter, 85 druid, 80 mage, 77 paladin, 77 DK, and a 75 shaman. I'd also like to have a monk, at some point.
Who should be my first 90?

Assign each one a number, roll a dice, presto.

You got it easy, try having 1 of every class at 85 lol. I havent even logged into WoW yet because I have no idea which to play, or just start a monk.

Just remember, you'll be starting 6 different time lines then.

Delete them all. There is only one class that counts, and that is warrior. So start a warrior, and dont even cast a glance at other classes. If you need an alt, start another warrior.

You can never have too many priests.

I'd say Hunter, since apparently they level stupidly fast.

They always have ... My 85 hunter have less /played than my 71 DK ... Might be me who's fail, but I don't think so. And I've roleplayed equally on both... So yes, hunters lvl stupidly fast.

You have less /played levelling your Hunter from 1-85 than you have from levelling your DK from 55-71 ... that's INSANE.
I've been roleplaying too, with both, and about as much on both, however I've fooled around less on my hunter and I've leveled during roleplay on the hunter. Also, the hunter does loooooads of LFD, while the DK doesn't. But yes, I'm insane. (Also I couldn't afford a flying mount on the DK until 64, so there was a lot of running around Hellfire and getting ganked by Fel Reavers and corpserun half the zone...)

This, entirely.

Personally I think I just won't touch any of my 85 and try to level up a monk straight to 90 if I play MoP.
