This is on beta. Current versions, since the wowhead client updates itself as does the launcher. Tested as of today, Observed at various times thru the last month.
I was having a problem with the tradeskill window not updating dynamically as it should. What I mean is, when you create an item, that gives a skillup it changes the skill level in the header of the tradeskill window. It also changes the number of mats you have and the number of an item you are able to create. I was leveling blacksmithing yesterday and realized these things were not happening after making some unnecesary crafts (i.e. it showed orange, but wasn't) I realized it and began trying to see what was wrong.
First I thought it was a blizzard bug, since I don't have any addons that should affect the tradeskill window. But I tried it on a diff computer with no addons and it went away, so I began the long process of turning addons off and seeing which one it was. I finally determined with only Wowhead client loaded the bug occurs, with all my others BUT wowhead client loaded it does not occur.
The easiest way to test this is to have the Blacksmithing window open and at an item that you dont have the mats to create, then have someone trade you the mats (or purchase, take them out of the mailbox, whatever, just DON'T close the BS window) then you should be able to craft the item, but because of this bug, the create button is still greyed out and the mats dont show on the tradeskill window. If you click on another recipe item in the window, or close and reopen the window the data updates.
I did not test this on other tradeskills, but I remember cooking and first aid not updating my level despite seeing the level ups in my chat window. At the time I thought it was lag, (this was during that time when you could have 5-10 seconds after you killed something before it fell over dead)

I've noticed this too - also, probably related, I've been having issues with tradeskill windows appearing blank when I open them, so I have to close them and reopen them.
It reminds me of the "open a trainer and it skips to the middle instead of the top" problem there was a while back.
(will keep running the client though - related question, doe steh client utilize the newdifferentiating ID for keeping mob drops seperate? I would guess so as I've recently seen my multimob looting loot gradually instead of in one go for money drops for instance)

Will check when I can access my wow installs again (optimizing), but yesterday the bug with the tradeskill windows was still there (only running the wowhead addon in beta)

Indeed it seems to be working (at least for me)
