Only if you sell them for real money.

I doubt they would ban you, but I know they made a change to where you have to do at least 15mins of the dungeon or else the person who queued with you gets dumped from the dungeon if you leave.
in other words, you can´t queue with a rogue, get in the dungeon and immediately drop group, thereby giving the rogue the next tank. Instead, the rogue will get dumped from the group and the remaining players will get a tank and a new dps.
my guess is if you did that frequently, and they knew that you knew you were screwing over the rogue, they would ban you...ie taking the gold, entering dungeon, dropping group, then laughing at the rogue as he appears back in ogrimmar next to you.

I think the OP meant queues.
And by selling them, paying a tank/healer to group with you and queue, so you get an instant dungeon, and then the tank/healer leaves the party as soon as you get in.

Can't be true, as I've joined queues many times on my 2 accounts, with a dps and a tank.. I get the tank to leave upon joining the instance and the dps carrys on when the new tank arrives.
Even the tank doesn't get a deserter buff, just the 15 minute cooldown.
I actually know for a fact that they made the change that would make it so you couldn't queue with a tank/healer who immediately leaves without you yourself also being removed in the process.

To answer the OP's question, no, you cannot get banned for selling dungeon queue's , as long as you do not charge real money.

In a game where people use abbreviations all the time (WTB, WTS, LFM, LFG, DPS, etc.) are you really complaining about "Ques"?

I didn't understand either to be honest. I was glad someone else asked so I could get confirmation.

I've tanked for hire for a long long time. As long as you are doing it for gold and no selling something for real money its not illegal.
If you get kicked as a tank, or leave the group as a tank, anyone what joined the group with you will also be removed from the group. So when doing tank for higher, you still need do the actual run.
I charge 250 gold per heroic so sometimes that is worth more to me than the random tanking bag.

I think there is some confusion here about what people mean by "selling queues." Some people are talking about charging people to queue with them for a heroic, so they don't have to wait, and then actually running the heroic with them. Other people are talking about charging someone to queue up with them as a tank or healer, and then immediately dropping group so that the people you sold the queue to will be at the front of the line and you can sell another as soon as your debuff wears off.
I don't think the first is a problem. I think Blizzard frowns on the second, and that's why they made the LFG change so that the person who is with the tank or healer also gets dropped. If someone is selling the second kind of queue now, they're effectively scamming the people they group with and those people won't be able to run the dungeon anyway- and Blizzard does ban for scamming/getting paid for services and goods not rendered, etc.
If someone is selling queue's and then finishing the dungeon they should be fine. If they're selling queues with the intention of dropping, then they'll be banned for scamming the people that paid them, because they'll lose the group as well.

Sometimes? Didn't run with CtA that often, but I only got potions and pets that vendors sell for 50S-2G...

The bag has mounts too. So if your feeling super lucky, 250 gold won't be worth a shot at the mount. I have many of the potential mounts and pets, do the extra gold and like you said, a quick sell item, didn't really make it worth it for me either.

Yep, my main (and come Mists, every char) would only need the Deathcharger, and for that, 5xStrat/hour sounds more promising. Not that the 250G make running a heroic more appealing either.
