Warcraftrealms.com inaccurate?

I've been using this site (
http://www.warcraftrealms.com/eu_realmstats.php
) for a while to determine how populated a certain server was and see the H/A ratio before moving there. But for instance, it shows Grim Batol as having zero players (it's full/medium) and Ragnaros as 1,213 / 8,081. A week ago or so it was around 10k players each side.
Is this site obsolete now? And if it is, is there another I can use?

I am not confident in the accuracy of any site that gives realm population data as it isnt officially supported by Blizz, however there is another site here
http://www.wowprogress.com/realms/rank/us
that offers such statistics amongst others.

Both sites receive data from users, uploaded by their respective addons. When players log on to each server, the addon receives data about the population that is then sent to the website. I don't use WoWProgress, but I have used WarcraftRealms in the past and know there's a color-coding system in place to let you know how reliable the data is. If the numbers are green, they're highly reliable because so many data points are coming in from various users. As the color progresses to red, the reliability drops because fewer data points are being uploaded.
