I've done my research heavily (though haven't played any of these) and I suggest that a Warrior should be a:
ALLIANCE
(Arms/Fury)
Human (The +10% rep gain is useful, and they have increased specialization with swords and maces)
OR
(Protection)
Dwarf (Stoneform = VERY useful, and increased Strength and Stamina (perfect for warriors))
HORDE
(Protection/Arms/Fury) ]
Tauren (Besides looking badass, Tauren have AMAZING increases on Strength and Stamina! This makes them perfect tanks! Also, the War Stomp ability = AWESOME SAWWWWCE)
(Arms/Fury)
Orc (If you don't want a Tauren, these guys have the same Stamina increase and a small decrease in Strength, but are decent)

Draenei are also to be considered for a very good Alliance Warrior, boasting a bonus chance to hit, and a decent self-heal that mirrors the cooldown of Enraged Regeneration.
Comparing racials is pretty pointless unless you are completely obsessed with Min/Maxing. Most of the racial abilities like War Stomp, Gift of the Naaru, etc. wind up being underpowered at max level, or replaced by a class ability anyway.
I chose a Tauren warrior on Horde because I like their lore, and they look awesome in plate. I picked a worgen warrior on Alliance because their starter zone quest chain is one of my favorite in the game. Stats & racials had little to do with my selections

I picked Tauren because they're cute.
I have a worgen I got to 50, but I only started him to do the starter zone which was awesome.

GotN doesnt become underpowered it now scales. they changed it awhile ago it heals 20% of you health pool. add our warrior talent field dressing and it now heals 22% of our health pool. this is not underpowered. i was draeni for a long time this expansion just for that heal and i can tell you for fact it saved my hide more times then i can count in pvp and pve. warstomp is also still awesome in pvp as a stun or interupt. and is by no means underpowered.
comparing racials + aesthetics tends to lead to you picking a the best race in your own mind.
Even with that said, there isn't one race that is far and away better than any other, which is the answer 99% of people who ask this question want.

Not sure if this is a troll or not?
What are you talking about with increased strength and stamina? Only Tauren get an increase to a base stat (stamina) and that's quite a small amount of HP (
Endurance
).

Oh. For PvP, that's a Human.
Can't beat a free trinket as a racial.
Which bring us around full circle to the min/maxing discussion. Every racial ability is situational to some extent, and there isn't ONE race that far outshines the others.

The Human free trinket racial is actually far and away better than any other racial, so much so that it far outshines the others, in PvP.
The human racial being far better than others in PvP doesn't make it situational? It has limited uses in a PvE setting, which the OP's original post seems to be focused on. He/she doesn't mention PvP at all.
