BGs are hard those days that almost everyone have at least full Rutheless gear. I can tell that is very true, because when I see a player like you, sporting less than 140k health, i just throw my dots and my pet, then I turn my attention to fight the well geared players (nothing personal).
I suggest you to help your group with
Crowd Control
, take
,
,
Charred Glyph
. Use you Succubus/Felhunter habilities to
Seduction
/
Spell Lock
. Keep flag carriers and demolishers with
Unstable Affliction
to prevent dispels. Basically, take a step back and be the support class until you can do more damage.
It's very easy to farm honor gear.

I put the quote below in the one on the PvP forums.
Getting better gear will help you a lot. So far you're using
Talisman of Resurgence
and
Witching Hourglass
, get either 2 on-use PvP trinkets or try for a PvE and a PvP trinket. They will help you out more than those 2 trinkets. For the next piece of gear, I say get the gloves as they will get you the set bonus as well as an extra boost all gloves give.
Afflic locks are more about control and keeping pressure. They aren't real heavy hitters like a retadin or frost mage. But they can keep you feared, slowed and all other sorts of things. Keeping UA up will protect any fears if they tried to dispel them. Death Coil can be helpful a little to give you some breathing, same with Howl of Terror. Don't forget to also lay down you Demonic circle. That will give you some time to retreat and heal up some.
Locks work best in a group. With a healer or another dps that can take some hits, like a dk or some other plate wearer. You also only have 1554 resil. Once you get more and better pvp gear you will be getting close to 4k, and that will also help some. I have seen a few locks with only 5% health and was able to hold off people by using drain life until help arrived.
My lock is only at 70, so most of this is only what I saw on some vids. But I have done some of this in the lower level brackets, such as fearing people at BS in AB.

I will repeat more of the same.
Generally get your dots going asap and ensure to have unstable up on as many as possible to protect your dot stack; also as mentioned this will protect your fears as well.
If I can be in a support role with a good screen of melee then I nearly always top the damage done and the killing blows, if I am stuck alone or get separated I tend to melt quickly; especially if I have melee swarming me.
But aside from that, if you can get good at managing dot stacks on every enemy in range you will find yourself doing some good damage and being tough as nails because the more dots you have out there the more self healing you'll be doing; and that self healing can add up considerably.
Some randoms I have a great time and play like an unstoppable monster, others I am stunlocked and beat into submission by a swarm of melee; random bgs are exactly that...random.
Keep a support role mindset and keep those dots ticking.

Sorry to bump this but, Warlocks although generally treated as "Support" (personally dislike being a 'Support') you can easily fight toe to toe with other classes. Its all about play-style, to play a Warlock its about controlling the enemy. Also about DoT damage if you are dealing as damage as you claim to be dealing and have all your DoTs up (Bane of Agony(or Doom situational)), Corruption, Unstable Affliction) then you're probably less geared when you first posted this I think it would be because your missing out on a new tick cap, but as with some other classes a small gap in gear can mean a big difference in damage.
Spec to your playstyle as well although if you prefer to be up front in the enemy's face then your better off with a Warrior you probably won't get much of that unless your fighting a hunter. If you plan on playing Warlock I recommend playing Destro first, because its fun, has cool tricks you can try pull of (Seduce-nuke, Snareback), and gets you used to the concept of kiting away from melee which is fundamental.
I recommend as a 'New' Warlock you ask around for help (Try not to be annoying) especially to other Warlocks, watch pvp videos, which most will be either Destro or Afflic, they can display things that you might've not noticed.
PS: I plan on creating a Warlock Thread about Pvp soon but don't hold your breath (seriously it depends on my boredom level)
Hoped this help you out a bit but key points in the post are: Warlocks Control and Eat away at the enemy, Duels! They will help!, Watch and Learn.

Let's be honest, any class is horiffic in a BG at low gear levels. The best I could do on my Frost mage (despite having what I think is slightly above average skill!) is annoy people. 20k shatters ftw!

Also I highly suggest getting the spell penetration cape from honor. Nothing more annoying than watching a much needed fear fail and then dying to someone that has like 10k hp left.

I managed to go 5-0 in my first run as a fresh 85 frost dk... in half greens. So no, the classes need tweaking.
Also for some reason I didn't get targeted as a DK as I do as any caster class.

That's probably why you think the classes need tweaking. Let me rephrase.
Any class is horrible when they're low geared, providing they're against semi-decent players.
