Why No Free Mount?

My fiance and I have both been playing Wow for 7 months now. Two of our long time friends got us playing because we were tired of the game we used to play. We paid for 6 month subscriptions and when those ran out we paid for a month subscription each. However the friends who referred us to Wow have still not gotten their mounts. Who do we e-mail about this or what can we do about it? And what info would we need to give? Would we need to give them our friends e-mails or real i.d.'s or what? Any help on what to do would be much appreciated and ty for taking the time to read this.

Your friend needs to log into their battle.net account and go under the account management tab if I remember right. I know when I did the RaF benefits, I had my mount within about 15 min of my girlfriend paying for her first month. I'm at work at the moment so I can't log into my battle.net account to verify where the mount shows up.

If your friend who recruited you will log in on battle.net and under their WOW account go to the bottom, they will find a link called referrals and rewards. From that link they can claim their mount.
