Question about tanking heroic spine.

We've been stuck on this boss for over 2 months now and have particularly been stuck on the last plate for the last couple weeks. In attempts where we don't wipe to something stupid, it generally seems to be that I run out of cooldowns while tanking bloods at the end. Yes I realize you ideally want a warrior tanking bloods, but as of now we have a death knight and a druid for tanks. I'm sure the death knight would be in even worse of a condition that I'm in. I'm plenty geared for it, though I have three questions:
1) At what point should I start kiting the adds? I've normally been just waiting til either the fifth plate gets lifted or as soon as I'm starting to really run out of cooldowns and need to be taking less damage. Also:
2) How many bloods should the death knight tank be picking up while tanking the bloods? I've been picking up a large majority of them by staying mobile (Not quite kiting per say but moving around swiping and whatnot) I've seen in some guides saying the amalg tank will be tanking some bloods due to the quantity of them, though it doesn't have any approximate proportions.
3) Should I glyph Frenzied Regen or not? We don't really need the healing from unglyphed to remove debuffs due to spirit link totem removing them all during each roll, so I've been doing virtually all pulls with it glyphed. However I was pondering over whether or not I could just not use it as a raid cooldown during the 3rd roll and have it as a potent heal toward the end. With all those bloods hitting me, rage won't be an issue and thus the heal should be fairly powerful, and also not restrict me from using any abilities. This is the main question that I think I would like answered as if unglyphing it would make it that much more powerful, I think it would be a great tool for finally killing this thing and stopping our burnout. (Gone through more raid leaders and normal raiders this tier......)

How does your raid comp look? Do you raid 10 or 25? If you can't have pala or war for bloods then your Hpala(s) might want to glyph their holy wrath so they can help you or have priest leap of faith you.

Its a 10 man the comp looks like this:
Tanks: Blood DK, Feral Druid (Me)
Healers: 3 of the following- Resto druid, holy paladin, disc priest, resto shaman. The shaman and priest are in for virtually every pull, pally has had attendance issues and druid has been in for when we can't have holy pally. The druid has been glyphing holy wrath
DPS: 5 of the following: 2 rogues (One having legendaries is in virtually every pull), 2 arcane mages (1 with legendary), demo lock, ret paladin, ele shaman, shadow priest (Hasn't been in a lot of pulls lately due to low tendon dps in comparison to others, but the vamp embrace helps), and I think those are all the ones that are alternated in and out frequently.
We try kiting toward the end (Stuff like stampeding roar, leap of faith) though the tank damage seems to be extremely high still when running out of cooldowns which is why I was wondering about unglyphed Frenzied Regen. I'm probably going to try it out next reset but that will have to wait til Tuesday since we cleared on normal after calling it for progression for the week this week.

Well why havn't you tried it yet? I'd say give it a try and see how that works out. If it causes a wipe, well that's progression. Otherwise, there's your problem.
I don't have any other advice to give as I've not seen heroic spine.

I had tried it a few times in previous weeks where we weren't getting to the last plate, though decided to reglyph it since it was causing rage problems somtimes early on after first couple rolls due to not having enough bloods hitting me for rage and we didn't need the extra tranq style CD due to spirit link removing debuffs. Though this thought came into my mind after we decided to call it this past week and wondered if any druids that had done the fight could say if they were glyphed or unglyphed for the fight.

Update: Killed it without glyph. We killed it in 5 lifts (One lifted first platform). Hopefully this will help any other druid tanks in their progression

Thanks for the update, bloody. I'm sure my group will be hitting it soon so I appreciate the information (albeit through a question in the first post).
