Dragonwrath: A Legendary Musical ft Sharm
Hey guys, Nananea here. Some of you may know me, most of you probably don’t…but I do all kinds of YouTube videos and started off with mainly WoW videos.
I wanted to chronicle the entire Dragonwrath quest…and then I wanted to make it a song. After changing the foundation of how I would deliver it many times and numerous set-backs due to lacking or corrupted footage, this is what I settled on. It’s simple and a little cliché but I think it works to tell the story, especially for someone that’s never heard of World of Warcraft.
I’ve been working on this machinima/song for a long time and it’s finally all come together thanks to the help of my guild, the amazingly talented Sharm, and many other friends.
I hope you all enjoy it and if you do, please share the link around to your friends; it would mean a lot to Sharm and I!

Great work, enjoyed watching it! I liked how you even showed your armor "growing" up with you during the chain, nice little details!
There was only one little thing I thought was a shame that didn't make it in, and that was the book closing in the end. Since you start with it opening and the story beginning, it would've been nice to have it close once the story had ended.
A very minor detail though, and just a personal feeling I had. Doesn't change the fact that it was a great watch.

Thanks! I used the gear changing to try and convey time moving forward.
I also really wanted the book to close as well, but the way I did the 3D in After Effects would have made it really hard for me to close the book and make it look nice. One of the few things that I was disappointed about and wish I had accounted for when I started :(
