Well, so far I'm liking what they've done with Disc. Holy doesnt seem to have changed too much.
I am concerned about Mind Control no longer being in the list of priest spells... did they turn it into the first tier talent? That would totally suck if they did :C
I'm liking some of the glyphs, and I'm also liking some of the deeper talents. It seems like things are starting to shape up to be fun for priests.

I played beta for all of maybe 2 hours. I hate what they have done to priests. I don't like the talent set up at all in general. I loved my priest, if they leave things the way they are now, I will not be buying MoP.

I really hate how they have changed the talent trees.
T1 and T2 are mostly pvp talents as I see them.
T3 has a bit of everything.
T4 seems to be for pvp mostly.
T5 has good talents for everything.
T6 has good talents for everything as well.
For someone who likes to pve heal, I find it horrible that I am forced to pick 3 pvp talents that wont help me much in pve. This is one of the reasons why I have stopped playing.

I am not sure how you get that the new "choices" are far more interesting. I wouldn't even call them choices. At this rate we might as well completely delete talent trees from the game. This setup will make it so that there are exact cookie cutter builds which is what I was under the impression Blizz was trying to get away from.
As for the comment about it being good that PvE players get to choose from a mostly PvP tier. How is that good? I don't PvP at all on my priest. Why should I have to take PvP talents? With the current talent trees I don't have to take any PvP talents and can spend my talent points on choices that will actually benefit myself or my raid group. If Blizz really wanted to make it so that people didn't have to swap talents around so that people could PvP they could put in a 3rd talent set. So that instead of 2 specs we could have 3. This would make it so that people who tank could have a tank setup, a dps setup, and a PvP setup. It would apply the same way for healers. The only people who wouldn't see any benefit are people who roll strictly dps classes.
At this point from 90% of the people I have talked to and play WoW with, if Blizz doesn't make some major changes from what we are seeing in Beta MoP, the subscription rates will drop faster than they did at the start of Cata. I know I for one don't like anything I have seen so far in MoP beta on any of my characters. If it doesn't get sorted out before the actual release date I guess I will be paying the $15 a month till my annual pass is up while I play a different game.

I'm a little down that, so far, it doesn't really look like Holy is going to be any more viable in PvP than it is now.
Not to say that it's impossible to play Holy, just comparing it to Disc it seems almost pointless to try and PvP as it.

What I find interesting is that this is MUCH like another game I used to play, where you pick your skills/spells, but they allow you to put talent points in to certain things also to fine tune it farther. I am going to be honest, this feels like a step backwards as far as gaming is concerned.
I have to agree with Semperfi too. I am finding that they are forcing us to take PvP skills so there is less flexibility over all. I am hoping that they make some changes before the final version in that respect.

I don't understand PvP and PvE talents.
I guess you mean like Void Tendrils? These can be used to root a bunch of adds on fights like Maloriak so that your add tank can take a bit of a break (or go DPS the boss).
Body and Soul? This was used by top guilds in the H-Rag encounter when their tanks kited Ragnaros to a new Breadth of Frost that was far from the main group. I can see Feathers being used in a similar capacity.
Sure, some talents are less useful in PvE than in PvP. But then does every piece of gear that you get fit your spec exactly? Do you never reforge gear?

Most of the new talents are almost purely utility talents. They are fun and interesting but not always game changing and required. I can see just from looking at them all that alot of raiders are going to be swapping talents after each boss fight depending on what's required from the mechanics.
To consider these abilities in the context of current content, I can see things like Void Tendrals being of immense use on a fight like Heroic Rag where you have to keep away from the molten seed adds for as long as possible.
The second tier is just as good in any situation where you need to cover alot of group quickly. Think of Warmaster Blackhorn and his shockwave. It's centred on you, and it's a realy wide cone, you pop PW:S on yourself and bam, not only are you shielded incase you don't make it out, but you get a damn good chance of making it out. I actually used Nitro Boots from engineering on my hunter to do exactly that today.
Tier 3 is ok, I can see it as a hard choice for healers on working out which is the best mana return, but for shadow it's going to be mathed to death to see which is the best dps.
Tier 4 is personal cd's, which can be a real raid saver sometimes when used right. Personally I'd go for Desperate Prayer since I think it has the most versatility in it's use.
Tier 5, for shadow, is the same as Tier 3, where it's going to be mathed to death to see what is the best dps increase. It looks to me to be a tough choice, and might once again come down to fight mechanics. It also looks to be a tough choice on healers, again coming down to mechanics. If there is another fight like Chimaron, Priests are guna be boss!
Tier 6 is a bit weird, and I can see how it could be fun, but how often is your raid all going to be stacked up in a way that benefits the most from these healing spells? Not that often I would think. As for shadow, these are again quite weird, and I would hope they don't trigger you to fall out of Shadowform or they will definitely get abandoned. I can see most of the time either cascade or halo being picked on this tier.
Overall, some good solid choices to cover a range of situations. A well rounded tree, if a little odd in places.

I was a bit disappointed when Divine Insight reverted to the old Pain and Suffering effect. I wasn't a huge fan of having both FDCL and DI, going full blown proc based rotation. Yet I hope that they do something a bit more interesting with the talent, since P&S and the current DI are mind numbingly BORING.
And I wouldn't be surprised if Shadow versions of the 90 talents go in. Testing hasn't reached there just yet, so Blizz doesn't have much incentive to muck about with them just yet. Dataminers have turned up a promising spell name "Dark Halo" complete with
tooltip.

Hate to double post, but a new build went up that addressed a lot of gripes I had with the older build.
Blizz seems to have ditched Spirit Shell as a 'castable bubble' and changed it to a short
cooldown ability.
25% uptime isn't bad at all, and plays a lot towards Disc's preventive style of healing. Bubble spam is 'possible' again as well with the new
Rapture
removing the CD from PW:S, but I think mana concerns will prevent widespread shield spamming.
Shadow also got a new
Divine Insight
effect, increasing Mind blast damage with Mind Flay procs. Combined with the
Mind Surge
effect currently in Beta, we could see some enticing numbers.

What I wanna see for Priests, and this would be amazing, Chain Mind Flay.

Latest build has cleaned up the talent tree a fair bit giving us a more clear view of which are the good options for Shadow. I am happy to say however, that depending on fight mechanics, there is unlikely to be one set build for everything, and you may have to make choices and changes for each boss.
