I think probably 72 hours, give or take. I used to do a lot of gaming marathons with friends over Fridays to Sundays, and I do remember a two day period of zero sleep when I was playing Zelda: Windwaker. But it has been a while, 24 hours is usually my limit nowadays. I tend to do 24 every 2-3 weeks right now.

Same here. Except it was a binge of FFXI. I regret nothing.

I stayed up for about 50 hours straight following the release of TES: Skyrim. I feel asleep, directly after, during training session.
In the pool
. Pretty creepy experience and nothing I'm too interested in trying again. I do 24's pretty regularly, though.

With Skyrim I played for like 72 hours, but I did take 2 hour naps. It was a very weird blur of game time, then I never played the game again after.

Without hitting REM sleep somewhere between 48 and 72 hours. I forget exactly, It was when Lichking released, I took it upon myself to try and be server first deathknight. Was up the entire day leading up to it, went and camped out at midnight in the cold for the game, came home, started and didn't take more then a 1 hour nap until i hit 80. The naps cost me I ended up like 3ed on my server, 2ed on my faction. Got from 55-80 before anyone in my guild managed to go from 70-80 however.
Have not done anything remotely like that since, most I've stayed up for now is maybe 24 hours, think I kinda just stayed up all night the day skyrim came out, girlfriend woke up in the morning and I was still playing.

About 43 hours... when my daughter was born in 2008.
Woke up at 6 am (usual time) on a Thursday morning, my wife got sick later that around 11 pm and I stayed up with her.
Finally took her to the hospital around 5 am Friday morning, baby was born around 2 pm that afternoon.
Finally went to sleep around 1 am that night (or Saturday morning, depending on how you look at it) in a chair in my wife's hospital room.
I was so tired, we both were obviously, but the joy of the little one got us through.

About 48 hourish. Natural insomnia sucks.

I used to be unable to sleep returning from home to uni (literally staying awake in bed from midnight to 7am on Monday, then going to class and either crashing afterwards or staying up to midnight on Monday) and I used to go back pretty much every weekend in the first year to help look after my siblings. Train fees increased though and my cash funds ran low, so I fell out of the habit of going back as often.

Question of the Day #12 should be "What is the question of the day?". Then people will respond "what is the question of the day?" to which, people will reply, "What is the question of the day?". Oh! The absurdity gives me such levity!

At least 24 hours, but most likely less than 36. I wasn't exactly keeping track.
