Anybody find one yet? Would actually be a nice feature if wowhead could add a 'switch' to their current one for 2.3 and all the included changes.

They used to be all over that, but now that they're more commercial .. they're not all over it. /sigh

Many of us started using wowhead thanks to the well working and fast updated talent calculators. Please keep up-to-date PTR talent calculators available. Sites that offer user-built talent trees are slow and incomplete.

While "Too many cooks spoil the broth." makes no sense here, another of my own making is appropriate:
Too many vegetables make a broth into a stew.
This is not to say that stew is bad. I like stew. Erm, just to say that the more features and
things
they add the harder it is to be completely on the ball with every little thing.
Also now I'm sure they all have meetings (ugh) to go to and emails to write. Welcome to the corporate world :|.

Skosiris is only one guy, and Mystadio is working exclusively on data integrity and on the character profiler. Writing, hosting, and upkeeping the forums has dropped a whole new set of things on Sko's plate, making it difficult to keep up to date. The forums themselves are still in beta--we're still coding some basic functionalities, like "list all posts by a particular user" or "report this post". On top of all that, the poor guy not only had to do some traveling last week, he also had midterms.
What you're seeing isn't a site that's "gone downhill" due to commercialization. You're seeing a dev team that absolutely loves to add new features, but doesn't yet have enough staff to support them all at once. When the talent calculator was the only feature on the site, you can be damn sure it was updated right away. Now that the site is bigger and has more features and tools for you to play with, a dev team of two can only do so many things at once. Heck, the only reason I started working here at first was because they needed someone to read and answer the months and months of back emails to feedback@wowhead.com.
As I'm sure you've seen, Wowhead is hiring. We've gotten in some very talented programmers. But these are ZAM programmers, and aren't exclusively focussed on Wowhead-related projects. We're still working out the best way to divide labor so that our team still has the time to innovate new features, without dropping the ball on any of the old ones.
