Story
The ancient Pandaren have remained hidden for centuries, forgotten by most of Azeroth’s mortal races. They are a rather peaceful race normally, although they can also be skilled warriors when their hand is pushed. And yet, as they would find all too painfully, isolation would make them soft.
The mighty Naga, working to free the old god N’Zoth, have taken many steps recently. They have recruited the help of the merciless ones; mind controlling creatures of the deep and their massive lord, Ozumat. During the cataclysm, they kidnapped the elemental lord of water; Neptuleon. Imprisoned in the city of Nazjatar, his powers were siphoned by the Naga and their beloved queen Azshara to raise their mighty empire from the deep; allowing them to assault the island of Pandaria.
The cataclysm five years ago had little effect on Pandaria; most of the peaceful island still unexplored by its native sapients. It’s only explored region is the Bamboo Kingdom; a beach containing the island’s only harbor that faces off towards Kalimdor. North of that is a deep rain forest, populated by dangerous and exotic beasts. South is a swampy wilderness, largely under Naga control. And on the other side of the island, opposite the harbor, is a massive volcano known as Mist Mountain. From here, mist billows forth regularly and obscures vision across most of the island nation.
The Naga attacked without warning; smashing into the Bamboo Kingdom and pushing the Pandaren back with relative ease. Many of the noble race who did not die were enslaved by the Merciless ones. Desperate, the Pandaren sent a ship to the only place they knew could sent any held; Kalimdor.
Meanwhile, in the world we all know. Thrall returned to acting Warchief, convincing many that Garrosh had done a great job in his place; leading the battle against Deathwing and coming out victorious. Back in control, Thrall managed to convince Sylvannas into a cease fire; having her surrender most of Arathi to the alliance as a ‘truce’ and pulling the undead back to Hillsbrad. However, in turn, most of the Western Plaugelands is now under their control. Ashenvale has been split, with most of the southern half now belonging to the horde while the Night Elves remain in the north and have taken up residence in the mostly-restored Hyjal.
Likewise, Jania and Varian-working towards a peaceful solution-have pulled alliance forces out of the Southern Barrens for the most part, rather spreading almost completely throughout Duskwallow Marsh.
The Maelstorm calmed, Deepholm returned to the elemental plane. Twilight Highlands is slowly being restored, although it is currently split between the inland alliance forces and the costal horde forces. Peace has so far been maintained. Vashjir’s island has been used as a major base for the Earthen Ring, the waters calmed with the Naga having accomplished their goals. Uldum has found itself still much the way we left it, the threats dealt with and a sense of peace restored.
Although the Pandaren remain neutral, both the alliance and horde have agreed to assist them. In return, the Pandaren have agreed to teach their martial arts to all willing to learn.
What could the Naga want? They speak of a ‘key’… a key to something. A key that has been hidden from all, somewhere deep, in the…
Mists of Pandaria
Races
Races will include the standard alliance and horde combo, along with the additions of Pandaren, Naga, and their forces.
The Pandaren are neutral in the conflict between the alliance and horde, but have requested help from both sides in dealing with the Naga whom have pushed them from their island. They are martial artists, warriors, brewmasters, monks, and much much more.
The Naga are the same scaly beasts we've seen since vanilla. Assisted with their Meciless Ones and a variety of mind controlled minions, including many Pandaren. Their mighty city of Nazjatar has risen from the deeps not far from Pandaren. The kraken known as Ozumat is assisting them, having imprisoned Neptuleon and drained the elemental lord's power for their own uses.
Monks
Two new races AND a hero class? Best. Expansion. EVAH!
*Ahem* Monks are an ancient Pandaren tradition they have agreed to teach to any races willing to learn. Cloth-wearing martial artists that fight unarmed. This unique style not only builds physical and mental strength, but allows for channeling of many forms of magic in order to create devastating attacks or magnificent heals.
Basically, any race can be a monk, and use the style either on its own, or to channel a magic of their choice.
Most Important Part, Make sure you read!
HAVE FUN!

Taldrin Clawfall
Night Elf
Druid of the Claw
A tall Night elf man dressed in simple animal furs. He has dark purple skin and a pleasent face to go with his long dark green hair. Respectably muscular, as many druids should be from spending so much time in the wilderness.
His companion is a large bear with light brown fur named Shando.
Darkshore
The boats were set for war, horde and alliance alike. Taldrin had never seen anything like it, forces so prepared to go off to war. Banners of every race and nation waved in the wind as the town seemed to be going crazy; various people running back and forth before setting sail.
The night elf, however, was not any of those people. He instead stood outside the limits of the town... watching. "How curious..." He muttered. Shando, the bear, laid nearby in the sunlight; relaxing.

Tavanar Shadowstrider
Night Elf
Rogue
Dressed in a dark garb of heavy leather, Tavanar Shadowstrider stands almost a head taller than most of his brethren. He is very fit, though not overly muscular by any stretch of the imagination. Coupled with the extensive arsenal of weapons he always carries, he is a threatening figure. He has fairly short, dark blue hair and light purple skin.
Tavanar is suspicious by nature and because of this, he has few friends. As such, he prefers to travel alone.
Ashenvale
The orc groaned as he died.
Tavanar Shadowstrider knelt beside the corpse and pulled his dagger out of the orc's back, cleaning it on the green-skinned brute's shirt. He sighed. He had nothing at all against killing orcs - quite the opposite, he rather enjoyed it.
But he preferred challenges. And this orc, just as the three that had died before him, had provided none at all.

Location

The Black Walker
, called the "dwarven landship" is a remarkable piece of machinery. Freshly outfitted, it boasted six legs, two decks, an enclosed pilot's cabin, dubbed the bridge by Ironbeard, and guns. It had four large cannons outfitted on the top deck, and four automated sentry guns, with attached rocket launchers, mounted as well, on the lower decks. Food, water, medicine and the like were stored in the second deck as well. Other, smaller guns were fitted throughout the walker, which could be manually controlled from the bridge, or set on automatic, although their capabilities are less while on automatic.
The crew consists of five people:
Korsin Frostrock, pilot and mechanic. He masterminded the walker and built a great portion of it, the rest built by a myriad of dwarven engineers. He's somewhat short for a dwarf, and has a black beard and black hair that he keeps cropped short. He wears a long brown coat, a brown cap and tends to wear white shirts and brown pants. In his coat he keeps an semiautomatic pistol, though he's a fair hand with the mace as well.
Gorgron Axeshatter is an orc shaman, who specializes in air and fire, though his healing with water is acceptable. He's tall for an orc, has dark green skin from spending time in the sun, and wears his black hair back in a ponytail. He's continually studying everything around him, and is known to be somewhat temperamental, which is why he empathizes with air so much. He acts as the walker's terrain expert, keeping storms away and the ground firm or soft beneath them. He wears leather, skinned and worked himself, with charms arrayed around it.
Avery is a priest of the Light, and acts as the healer and smiter, as the situation calls for. He has silver hair, despite being young, and penetrating green eyes. He always has a serious expression, and is the foundation on which the rest of the crew rests on. He wears white robes and wields a consecrated bastard sword.
Elsoris Nemo is an enigma. He has no name, as implied by "Nemo." With blonde hair and green eyes, he is a blood elf who doesn't affiliate with the Horde, for reasons known only to him. He wears fine green leather armor, and utilizes one of the famous elven longbows. He is also incredibly stealthy, and will often participate in scouting for the walker.
Ironbeard is a dwarf with a black beard, braided in part and left loose in the back, and his hair the same way. He's a weathered tracker who's a crack shot with his rifle and a fair hand with the sword and axe. He's a friend of Korsin's, and acts as the lookout for the walker.
The Walker hissed and clanked as it strode towards the elven docks. Korsin and Ironbeard were at the bridge, keeping the walker on course. Above, Avery stood in the front, watching the fleet in front of them with an unreadable expression. Gorgron stood to the side, watching the elves uneasily. One hand tapped the mace he wore at his belt nervously. Elsoris was unfazed, lounging about like he owned the walker.

Tavanar Shadowstrider
Ashenvale
Looking around him, Tavanar did not detect any sign of orc presence.
So he stood up, eager to get closer to the brutes' camp, and sheathed his dagger. Making sure his other eight weapons were all in place, he began running. If he made good speed, he might reach the camp before nigthfall.
Just the thought of it made him feel better.

Ji'lith walked into one of the taverns in the Shatterspear village, nodding at some patrons before proceeding to the bar count and ordering a beer.

"And another one, for my friend," Ji'lith told the innkeeper, slightly raising her voice on that second part. After he set the mug on the counter, she sent it sliding to the side. Ji'lith wondered if anyone was daft enough to intercept it.

Character: Alara Flameblaze
Location: Darkshore, Master's Glaive
Alara Flameblaze was a human. Emphasis on was. If she took off her glove for awhile, it'd be clear to see there was a worgen bite mark on her left backhand. Though no one other than her, her closest friends and her kids knew she was a worgen due to the amount of time she ws in her human form. She was short, only standing at five foot two, but her weight was average, which is a feat after two kids. Her dark black hair went down to a few inches below her shoulder. Her skin was naturally tanned. Not normal tan, you know, that perfect tan everyone wants that people sit in the sun but always come up short or over it. That's the tan of her skin. Her eyes were covered by a pair of goggles with yellow lens. Under the goggles, if one looked, her eyes would be almost milky white, excep for one or two specs of brown. She look youthful, as if she were in her mid twenties. Her accent was clearly gilnean. She was clad in blue armor, which, in honesty was revealing in the cleavage area. One in the Alliance or horde would clearly see it was the armor of an SI:7 Agent. She has two daggers, one glowing green, the other glowing red, both sheathe on black belt.
"The Master will destroy this world and remake in his own ima-" That was the last thing the cultist said before a bullet struck his heart fm the distance. From the distance a human was seen, chuckling lightly. Alara didn't mind killing cultists. Especially if she was getting paid for it. But she also prefered to have to risk her life doing so, and the cultists she is fighting are not giving any. She went to the dead cultists, rummaging its clothing and weapons. She briefly vanished and reappeared in the cultist's garb.
"Time for some undercover work."
She thought before going in for sabatoge.
She thought it strange that, even after Deathwing's death, cultists still were around. But she didn't mind it. Killing cultists was her second favorite thing to kill. Next to forsaken. She merely assumed they were still around because N'Zoth was as well, unlike C'thun and Yogg-Saron.

The savvy bartender already put out another mug.
"What's up?" Ji'lith asked Ashepta, raising her elbow to nudge the tauren, but then thinking about it and dropping the idea.
