Yea... since most of the RB people, and ofcourse other, just as intelligent, people has decided that this is Wowhead's best attempt at an AF this year, how long do you think they will keep it?
My personal guess is a couple of days, which is basicly just a gut feeling.
Please vote and post, and give an explanation why.

it was to my understanding that the "Rifthead" change was the AF this year but then again Blizz did 2 AF's pranks why not Wowhead
My guess is that the whole Rifthead was more ZAM's idea, where Credibility was the Wowhead staff itself, since they was trolled by a well-known user from around these parts. We laughed long and hard in their faces, now they are getting back at us. >.>
Because they are such petty people ofc. =)

Ashelia said Credibility would only remain for 24 hours, so I can only assume Rifthead would as well.
Where?

Credibility is an April Fools thing. I mean, on top of the fact that it is impossible with current hardware / software limitations to program something that could actually do what it is stated to do with any accuracy, this is something best left up to the kind of rating system they already have in place for the comments on items / spells / etc...

First of all, we all know it's AF. 2nd, it wouldn't be impossible to write up a program that would spellcheck and run keyword searches of somekind.
It's just never been done because it would be too server consuming. Imagine doing between 50 and 2,000 google searches everytime someone wrote a post. That's break your system pretty badly if you had to do them all at once in less than the time it takes to refresh the page.

It's somewhat funneh, but I've allready started to ignore it. Don't think I would mind it staying.
I'm actually surprised they wanted to give the server more stuff to do, seeing as we broke the forums last week.

I think they had the credibility thing ready for quite awhile.

When I started to reply, there were no posts, so it hadn't been established to the OP at the very least. Also, I did mention hardware AND software limitations. Also, anyone who would actually try to program something like this at our present stage of technology would be considered masochistic, at the very least.
EDIT: Spelling =/

I wish I could. Sadly, my work is dependent on the speed at which people's computers and connections work. These speeds are never fast. I'm lucky that I only had to work half an hour over.

On second thought, due to the overwhelmingly positive reception of credibility, we've decided to make it permanent
...
Man, it's only 10:58PM here where I am. Only one more hour of AF left, thankfully.
