Is it just me who thinks Blizzard should stop handing out every single class to any possible race?

Let's take a Draenei warlock as an example: Draenei generally don't use demons, shadow, etc, but why aren't there any exceptions? It's like Tolkien's orcs: always chaotic evil. It makes no sense, the fact that you are blue and have hooves doesn't prevent you from summoning demons. Your rules might. But does everyone have such rules?Because any and all Draenei who were going to become Warlocks already left the race..... you know, back on Argus, with the thing with Sargeras and the other Eredar trying to kill the Exiles... Good times, good times.
That's the main reason you'll probably never see Draenei Warlocks; they've been on the run from the Burning Legion for 25 thousand years to remain pure to who they are instead of giving themselves over to the Fel... so would they suddenly stop, turn their backs on everything and everyone they've ever known to pick up the same magic responsible for the deaths, suffering and losses of a large portion of their race?

I like having more choices. I've always refused to play an alliance shaman because I cannot stand big blue barrel chested squid faces.

I don't really care much.
I've fired frost from a Troll's hands, being 'realistic' according to lore is the last of my worries.

In my opinion, any race should get access to any class (maybe with an exception of Undead paladins, because the light has abandoned them). Why?

So you're saying that undead should be druids and shaman? No thanks, I'd rather undead be paladins first before druids or shaman.
As for the draenei example, like Adamsm said, any draenei who wanted to become warlocks already did thousands of years ago when they accepted Sargeras' offer. Now, shadow priests are possible, as there's the Auchenai death cult, however, that's the exception rather than the rule, and the playable draenei would never use the shadow like they did, considering the cult also engages in necromancy, is obsessed with a coming apocalypse, and was corrupted by the dying naaru D'ore.
You'll see draenei druids before draenei warlocks.

The 'who was first' question is lost in the mist of time; it was either Cenarius teaching the Night Elves then Malfurion teaching the Tauren... or Cenarius taught the cow-men first then went to the Night Elves heh; I'm leaning towards the Night Elves first, seeing as most of the failed druids ended up as the Sons and Daughters of Cenarius.(##RESPBREAK##)140##DELIM##MasterOfDisguise##DELIM##

Actually what makes me curious is how is blizzard going to explain the DK class added to races that will be introduced post-Cataclysm (yes i know i go way too far, since Cataclysm hasn't even arrived yet).Lorehole they've already admitted it.

^- This. Stop attempting to lore-rationalize Goblin and Worgen DKs because Blizz has admitted to them being outside of lore.

Well, possible, albeit farfetched, reason for Worgen DK's is the Worgen in Grizzly Hills. *shrug* But then I didn't spend that much time there so I don't know much about what happened to them.
Nop. Arugal tried to 'summon' the worgens to this world when the lich king ressurected him.
Ergo, worgen dks.Except......... all Player Worgen are Gilnean's, not members of the Wulf Cult. As said above: Bilgewater Goblins, Gilnean Worgens, and whatever other races comes out in the next Expansions will be Lorehole Death Knights.

If blizzard says "suddenly, there were gobling and gilneas worgen working for the lich king who then joined the ebon blade", that's what happened in lore.
Also,
I demand...Draenei warlocks!
Hell yeah.

Not true.
Death knights
Worgen death knights are former slaves of Arugal. These former Gilnean citizens of Pyrewood Village managed to escape the wizard's control only to fall prey to the Lich King. During the Death Knight starting quests, you learn how Worgens came to be.
Lord Harford says: Come to finish the job, have you?
Lord Harford says: You'll look me in the eyes when...
Lord Harford says: <Name>?
Lord Harford says: <Name>, I'd recognize that face anywhere... What... What have they done to you, <Name>?
Lord Harford says says: You don't remember me? We were both servants of Arugal back in Silverpine Forest. We put up with his merciless torture for ages. It was you who saved me on that fateful night when we escaped Shadowfang Keep.
Lord Harford says: Without you I would have died. YOU! The most noble worgen I ever knew.
Lord Harford says: What have they done to you, <Name>? How could this have happened?
Lord Harford says: Remember the worgen you once were, brother/sister! You were our savior! Fight this!
Lord Harford says: Listen to me <Name>. You must fight against the Lich King's control. He is a monster that wants to see this world - our world - in ruin.
Lord Harford says: Don't let him use you to accomplish his goals. You were once a hero and you can be again.
Lord Harford says: Fight, damm you! Fight his control!
Knight Commander Plaguefist yells: What's going on in there? What's taking so long, <name>?
Lord Harford says: There... There's no more time for me. I'm done for. Finish me off, <Name>. Do it or they'll kill us both. <Name>... Remember Gilneas, our beloved home. This world is worth saving.
Lord Harford says: Do it, <Name>! Put me out of my misery!
^ DK quest for Worgen, from Wowwiki. Not sourced yet, but I'd imagine something like that would be gone long ago if it was false.

The second last line there sorta screws it over heh; if they were Arugal's worgens.... why would they remember Gilneas? But as said, it's a Lorehole, not suppose to make sense.
