Snipe:
100 Focus 30 second cooldown.
100 Yard Range
You spend 5 seconds studying your target, then fire a focused shot dealing 200% weapon damage + (1500 + AP*0.5) damage and stunning the target for 3 seconds. The shot also cripples the target, dealing 20% of the damage over 5 seconds and slowing it by 30% after the stun.
I like mine better =)).
Shackle Shot:
40 Focus, 20 second cooldown.
5-41 Yard Range
You fire an instant shot at the target, dealing 20% weapon damage and stunning it for 1 second or 3 seconds if another enemy target is within 10 yards of the target.
Rage of the Wilds:
No focus cost, 5 minute cooldown
You call upon a primal force within the beast you command, instantly resetting all your pet's cooldowns and increasing its chance to critically strike by 30% for 20 seconds. Cannot be used while Bestial Wrath is active.

I like this too. I ALWAYS like making abstract spells.
Aspect of the Shark:
No focus cost, no cooldown.
Increases swimming speed by 45% and increases damage while swimming by 10%. In addition, attacks against you while swimming deal 5% less damage.
Bear Trap:
Costs 50 focus, 30 second cooldown. Shares cooldown with Freezing and Frost Trap.
Roots a target in place and deals 450 + AP*0.15 bleed damage per 2 seconds for 6 seconds.
Spider Trap
Costs 50 focus, 30 second cooldown. Shares cooldown with Snake Trap
Summons 6 small spiders that immediately attack all enemy targets in the vicinity for 15 seconds. These spiders have X health (a glyph will allow health to scale with Hunter health) and deal minor damage. Each successful attack by a spider has a 50% chance that the target is infested, slowing their movement by 2% per stack (stacks to 15) for 10 seconds. If a target dies while infested, more spiders spawn for 15 seconds equal to the number of stacks on that target. The infestation will only spawn spiders from targets that grant experience or an honorable kill.
Wounding Shot:
50 Focus, 15 second cooldown.
5-41 Yard range.
Fires a shot that greatly wounds the target, dealing 110% weapon damage and 30% of the damage dealt as a bleed over 3 seconds. This shot also decreases damage the target deals by 5% for 10 seconds.

Zen Marksmanship
Requires 25 points in Marksmanship Talents, Requires 1 point in Trueshot Aura
After scoring 5/4/3 consecutive non-periodic ranged critical strikes, your next Shot, Sting, or Venom that costs Focus has its Focus cost reduced by 50%. Additionally, your Trueshot Aura now also reduces the pushback suffered while casting or channeling spells by 11/23/35%.

Misdirection (Redux)
100 yard range.
Marks a friendly target for 30 seconds. If the Hunter attacks, all threat caused by the hunter is redirected to the target for the next 4 seconds. During this time, all threat caused by the Hunter is increased by 10% and all damage done by the Hunter is increased by 5%. 50% of the threat generated will fade after 30 seconds. When this threat fades, all damage done by the Hunter and pet are increased by 1% for 10 seconds.
Power Shot:
50 Focus, Range: 41 Yards.
Fires an extremely powerful shot forward, striking all targets in a 5 yard wide line for X+(0.2*AP) damage. If a foe is directly facing you, it takes an additional 10% damage. The hunter must rest for 2 seconds after doing such a shot.

Fist Shot
When equiped with a fist weapon, the hunter unleashes a shot in the form of a giant boxing glove, knocking back the target and stunning it for 5 seconds.
Fire in the Hole
The hunter lobs a grenade at the enemy, dealing x damage while exclaiming "It's coming right for us".
Fake Shot
The hunter fires a "shot" which fills the opponents screen with a giant "BOOM".
Robin Hood
The hunter pickpockets a player with over 10.000 gold and instantly transfers it to a lvl 10+ player with less then 5 gold. Players have to be online.
Predator
Allows the hunter to move around in stealth, mount a laser canon on its shoulder and use nightvision.

Bestial Union
(Replaces Beast Mastery talent in the talent tree):
The fury of your pet calls forth your primal instincts, causing you to take the form of your pet whenever you cast Bestial Wrath. During this time you gain several new abilities based on pet family and pet type (Ferocity, Cunning, Tenacity) in addition to your normal abilities (this opens a new actionbar, kind of like Stealth or Shadow Dance, you will have to set up this actionbar the first time you use it). In addition, your pet gains 4 extra talent points and you are allowed to tame exotic beasts, which will grant very unique effects when used with Bestial Union.

Scorpid seems OP. Lynx ruins the point of haste and Eagle ruins the point of crit...hrm..
Detonating Shot
50 Focus, 5-41 Yards
Fires a powerful explosive charge at the foe, dealing X + 0.15*AP Fire damage to all targets around it and stunning the primary target for 2 seconds.
Shaft Shot
20 Focus, 5-41 Yards
Fires a deadly followup shot, dealing X-Y (+0.3*AP) Physical damage and an additional 20% as bleed damage. This shot cannot cause a critical strike. This shot can only be used after successfully dealing critical strike damage with a ranged attack.
Flurry of Arrows
1.5 minute cooldown.
For the next 10 seconds, all your shots will strike a nearby target. This effect does not work if the shot is blocked for any amount of damage or affected by an absorption effect.
Point Blank Assault
1 minute cooldown.
For the next 20 seconds, all your shots have no minimum range penalty. Moving cancels this effect.

Cloaked Traps:
Survival 21 point talent.
Reduces the chance of all traps being resisted by 4% (talent with this effect will have this effect removed) and makes all traps become invisible for the duration, except to Rogues with Detect Traps active, 1 second after setting them.

Slaying Shot
(replaces Kill Shot)
20 Focus, 5-46 Yard Range
You fire a deadly shot at a greatly wounded target, dealing 150% weapon damage and X+(0.35*RAP) damage as Nature damage. This shot leaves a deep furrow in the target, causing subsequent Slaying Shots to deal 25% more damage for 25 seconds (effect does not stack).

Overdraw
Instant, 1 minute cooldown. Bows/Crossbows only. Off Global Cooldown.
Draws your shot beyond the apex that your weapon can handle, causing the next shot to deal 25% extra damage, but causing extra durability damage to the weapon. Cannot be used with Kill Shot.
Overload
Instant, 1 minute cooldown. Guns only. Off Global Cooldown.
Takes time to draw a bead, loading the next shot with abnormal amounts of gunpowder. The next shot will 25% extra damage, but cause extra durability damage to the weapon. Cannot be used with Kill Shot
Deadly Volley
Instant, 100 Focus, 3 minute cooldown. 40 Yard Range.
Fires an overwhelming number of shots (10 shots) at the target, dealing up to 1000% weapon damage based on the number of shots that hit. The chance to hit is reduced by 50%. Each successful strike will reduce the target's armor for the hunter and pet by 10% for 10 seconds. This cannot be used during Bestial Wrath or Rapid Fire. This ability is not affected by Readiness.
