I'm not 100% sure either, but when Garrosh yells 'Mak'gora' (in game), Thrall responds saying "You challenge me?".
My memory isn't too clear, but I
-think-
the exchange between the two was slightly different in the comic. Somewhere along the lines of Garrosh saying "I challenge you to Mak'gora!".
Anyway, a direct transcript from the in-game event:
Garrosh Hellscream says: After all that he did for YOU and YOUR people? MAK'GORA!
Thrall says: You challenge me boy? I don't have time for this....
Garrosh Hellscream says: So you refuse? Is the son of Durotan a coward?
From the transcript we can see that Mak'gora is some sort of request, if it is able to be refused / accepted.
Ah, I wasn't aware of the comic version of the events. Still, it could just be a battle cry, such as an "En garde!", and not the proper noun for the duel itself. But oh well, small details, really, nothing to seriously dwell on.
Come to think of it, isn't it a really bad idea to say the username of the guy that's leaking this alpha info?
'Cause... you'd think Blizzard would know about this thread already, and the name is kinda in the thread title... they could probably easily find out who he is in the alpha and boot him from it.
I believe Soldrethar has stated that Inarus is not the actual character name/username of his buddy, but more along the lines of a pen name/pseudonym. I doubt anyone would be careless enough to leave any traceable bits of information when leaking stuff from the Alpha...but hey, you never know.

without having read all the comments :P I'll say this though ^_^
the whole deal with Thrall being captured and Garrosh being very defensive, and as Sol said makes it seem he knew about it, which makes me wonder: did he know and wanted to use it for an excuse for a full blown war thereby getting political help from the horde? If so it seems hes not all dumb, while still not something the horde would want as warchief, he seems just a bit deeper.
That and when he snaps that commanders neck he may be showing some regret. But more in the form of anger, daddy issues and all ;)
also, am i the only one who wanna see
both
Saurfang and Vol'jin take down Garrosh? =)

Plenty of people have more than one screen name.Yah, I know what it looks like, but at the same time, I haven't heard jack about the Draenei (which is my second favorite Alliance faction, next to Gnomes).Quite frankly, I wouldn't put it past them at this point to have the draenei just sit on their tails. The vocal minority screeching about draenei "ruining the lore" is just that vocal.

Hey look at this!
Yep, thats how I feel.
Only reason this long argument of assumption is going on is because even though WoW alpha is under strict NDA, Wowhead will allow this until Blizzard does something about it.
Most everything about cataclysm is pure speculation, spilling the beans is doing exactly the opposite of what Blizz wants.
Just enjoy imaging the future, stop trying to break Blizz :(

Considering it's the same vocal minority that says BEs ruin the Horde, well... yeah.Fortunately for the sin'dorei, Blizzard is too infatuated with elves to listen to
that
end of the VM's complaints.
...hope I didn't jinx the blood elves with that comment.

thats one possibility.
However, there are two other ones. 1: The influence of magatha grimtotem, she could have been responsible for setting this up to grab control. Have a coup staged so Thrall is captured, have that idiot garrosh take power, and well he is fighting the alliance, take control behind there backs.
Or 2: Deathwing. We know how he loves to manipulate mortals, like he did with the kingdom of lordearon in day of the dragon. He could have set this up, have Thrall out of the picture, have garrosh take power, and break any bounds of partnership alliance and horde would have in facing him, effectivly weakening any resistance against him.
Be ironic, if Garrosh was manipulated so easily, used as a tool to weakened both there joined forces and the horde itself.

EDIT MAJOR EDIT:
APPARENTLY! the worgen curse is caused by WORGEN BLOOD MAKING PHYSICAL CONTACT WITH YOU.
:(
I was hoping the curse was spreaded by biting people.
Could still be done by biting; you bash a worgen in his face, break a tooth or cut his jaw open, and when he bites you the blood mixes with yours.
