Whoohoo! You can try going Profile, Premium, Update Premimum Status if you can't see it yet too.
Tried that as well. I update and it still shows me as inactive.
Oh well, I'm home now, hopefully will be fixed by tomorrow, hehe.

Getting 403s while trying to upgrade to premium which did work few days ago and is still active on ZAM.
I did change my e-mail on WoWI first since I had some problems with the ads being shown while on a premium account. After that, I proceeded to change ZAM and Wowhead emails to the new one that are the same as the one on currently on WoWI.

I am still showing as my Premium status inactive. :( My ZAM account shows that I should be active, as my renewal isn't up until July 31.

Done it, 4 or 5 times. no luck. It says it updated successfully, but still shows me as inactive, even though my ZAM account shows I'm paid-up through July 31.
Just tried it again, same thing - successful update, but my status is still inactive.

I'm in email contact with Darqflame at ZAM; they are continuing to work on the issue.
Apparently the issue is mostly resolved, but in some cases your Wowhead account has become unlinked from your ZAM account. The relink process is as follows:
1. Log out of both your Wowhead and ZAM accounts.
2. Close your browser completely.
3. Reopen your browser and log into your ZAM account.
4. Open a new tab and log into your Wowhead account.
5. In Wowhead, navigate to the Premium Upgrade page and click Upgrade now!
At that point it should pop up a window that it linked your accounts; however, you're receiving an error like I am, and for some reason the linking process isn't working.
Again, ZAM is working on it, so hopefully it'll be fixed soon. :)

The good news: I was able to follow the steps that Darq gave me this morning, and I got to the screen that my accounts had been linked.
The bad news: After doing so, I went to my Settings/Premium page, and still showed as inactive; after clicking Update, it said it had updated successfully but I still showed as inactive...
