Thought I should at least check through the items since I just stickied it.
The nightmare tear should go in the legs not the helm for the best socket bonus.
4 int > 9 SP anyday.
Otherwise I have no obvious objections, I'll do a more thorough read through later.

As to 264 ilvl crafts, aren't
Earthsoul Boots
better than
Protectors of Life
anyway?

Part of the reason to put a prismatic in the helm slot is taking the long view. You can always count on having exactly one (rarely yellow*) slot with a pretty decent socket bonus in that particular piece, throughout multiple gear levels. Keeping your prismatic in the helm allows you to avoid confusing and costly regems for the sake of min/maxing every time you get a new piece of gear. 4 int may be better than 9 spellpower
now
, but God knows what your next legs upgrade is going to look like.
And yes, as for weapon enchants, once you're no longer really concerned with spellpower the int is a better choice.
*The hilarious exception being the mail helm off Saurfang in ICC 10N, which is likely to be the first helm you encounter.

Int is definitely better for a paladin that has all of the gear here.
And eh, there's two chests like 15 feet away from each other. I can't be held responsible for not remembering which one opens when.

Just trying to wrap my limited mind around this. Can you help? This also bears on weapon enchant choice as well.
SP is pretty much worthless, it always comes with your gear, sure intellect does as well but not to a sufficient amount, which spell power does.
I'd argue that 1 int > 9 spell power but that's kinda silly really.

Helms also mostly contain blue slots to further push you towards putting your prismatic there.
I do agree that it's best from an economic point of view to put it in your helmet. But it's wrong to say that it's put there to achieve the best socket bonus.
With emblems raining down like frogs in march epic gems are pretty much free, and (atleast on my medium pop server) metas cost 50-75g and prismatics 100-125.
Doing 25 dailies at 14g a pop gives you 350g (375 with daily heroic).
So unless you're getting 3 new pieces every day, each with a blue/red socket bonus better than the last one, you're pretty much safe to put that prismatic in your pants.

That's a feature.
(Actually, it works fine for me right now. I know that they were updating profiler for a bit yesterday, so that may be why you had a problem. At any rate, all the gear is spelled out in the post below that link.)
Yeah I figured it was something like that, it was bothering me cause I liked to see how you gemmed them too..but it all works now, thanks.
