1. Frost Shock.
2. Drop Earthbind + Cleansing + Magma Totems between you.
(Earthbind should root if talented properly)
3. Instant Ghost Wolf to gain distance.
4. Flame Shock + Lava Burst.
5. Burn DPS, or repeat steps 1, 2, & 3 as needed.

Use Hex and Stoneclaw(glyphed) wisely.
