If there's an underwater zone we've gota have mounts to traverse it.
Considering there is going to be an underwater zone I'd say it's fairly safe to assume that we will be getting some form of underwater mount readily available, as well as some sort of modificaiton to underwater breathing. A buff within the zone, underwater breathing on gear, something.

Not that drowning was much more than an annoyance before, but it seems likely we may get to circumvent the whole underwater breathing mechanic entirely. If not
these
babies will be all over the place.

Sry to kill the Alchem Biz, but Blackfathom Deeps is the place to be

Less accessible, but more of a "OMG LOOK AT ME!" item.

Shammy's FTW! Underwater breathing bufffffffff!
Lock=
Unending Breath
slightly better but yeah shammy can do it to via
Water Breathing
. Only thing is it requires scales and the lock is reagentless. But, yes shammy are useful for water movement.
No need to go all Epic on me TMsama lol

so i heard that there is talk about aquitic mounts in the expansion? im pretty sure that this is just talk but i think that it is kinda logical
okay in BC they brought epic flying mounts and that was cool and fun and opened up a lot of new dailys and quests and such while on your flyer. but whats the next thing they can do? go to the water! i would think that it would be kinda something like the quests in Boren tundra, with the fish people, they could have dailys and stuff like that and some cool quests. also the goblin island is in the middle of the water, so it would be cool if along with them they intruduce water mounts!
just an idea, prob never gonna happen
Underwater quests? Cool!
Considering there's an underwater zone, probably yeah, underwater quests.

I mean, of course there's going to be an underwater zone. WoW is just a video game, is it not? And what's the one rule that all video games must follow, no matter what genre or platform?
There's ALWAYS an underwater level.

Hmm.... No matter what genre eh....
I don't remember playing underwater in Madden... but maybe I missed something. That would give a whole new meaning to Super "Bowl".
Someone get on the phone. We need to make this happen immediatley

Given I'm a Druid so being adapt at life in water comes naturally but heavy emphasis on aquatic environments will be a good excuse to dust off my most valuable
bank trophy
and swim around all elegant-like as a sopping wet ball of fur for hours on end.
I'll kill myself laughing if come Cataclysm people start QQing over Aquatic Form, Glyph of Aquatic Form, Unending Breath, Glyph of Unending Breath, Path of Frost, Water Walking, Water Breathing, Glyph of Blurred Speed, or Levitate.
