If you don't have a way to copy the install folder from your old PC to the new one and don't want to download the game from battle.net, if you have the WotLK disk(s) just run the install from there. No need to install the previous versions as the install contained in the WotLK package contains all the stuff from the previous 2 installs, unlike the BC install disks which only patch the original game if it's already installed.
After that, you'll still have to download the patches to get you current, but it will save you some download time if your internet download speed through your ISP isn't the greatest.

SET processAffinityMask from "3" to "15" in config.wtf to take advantage of 4 cores (found on official WoW forums)
This is
no longer needed
. The game client use to be restricted to 2 cores by default, but they found issues with that and have recently removed that.
