Personally I see absolutely no need for addons for tank-specific jobs. Your only addons should be those related directly to raid warnings related to bosses and maybe a threat meter. As such I recommend (strongly) to get Deadly Boss Mod (raid warnings for boss encounters), Omen (threat meter) and Recount (damage meter that shows quite a lot of variables and parameters - you can see much more than damage done - you see damage taken, rage gained, healing received etc).
These three utility addons are in fact useful for any raider. But addons designed specifically for tanking, no. I see no need for such a tool when playing a Bear Tank.

I honestly just use Xforte for stuff. It gives me a list of buffs and debuffs currently active on me and the mob, aswell as a niftly global cooldown meter that shows all my abilities that are on cooldown and when they will be ready. It can be pretty useful for all classes. I use it on my ret paladin and shaman aswell.
^this. I use ForteXorcist as well, for my lock, bear tanking and kitty offspec. I don't need the timers on my bear tank that much (I look at the boss' hp most of the time anyways, and there's only 2 abilities to take into account, 3 tops), but it also tells me when abilities miss, get parried or if the mob is immune to it. Not vital, but pretty damn handy if you ask me.

Get recount, and learn to use it.
I have it set up to show damage done normally, and when something goes bad I go to deaths, click the first person who died and see eaxactly what killed them.
I have FBN installed to help me out when I go kitty form (since I hardly do it enough to learn it properly)
