[Profiler] Unable to pull up any of my characters in the Profiler

I was on hiatus from the game for 5 or so months and as such didn't have much use for the profiler while I was gone. Now that I've been able to reactivate my WoW account, I thought that I could use it to help me find the best ways to shore up my gear.
Unfortunately, I can't bring up any of my characters. I get the same error message, regardless:
This character was partially retrieved, so a full Armory resync has been requested. The queue is not currently running.
Adding character to the Armory queue...
I've tried refreshing the page, I've tried no less than 6 of my characters, and the same thing happens on everyone, in IE8 & Firefox 3. On one of my characters the error came up in bold red letters with nothing else on the page, the others brought up an empty character sheet.
I've searched the forums as I can't imagine I'm the only one having this problem, but couldn't find anything.
Thoughts?

This is a known issue. Happens to me all the time. Give it 10-20 minutes and try again.
I only see that "
Calistohelix
" is having an issue. For some reason she will not sync. I had to look at the actual Wow Armory to make sure she has gear. Normally when someone is naked like that, it means your account might have been compromised. All others have updated already.
If you have not done so yet, download the
Wowhead Client
. Extract the file from the Zip onto your desktop, or where you will find it. There is no installing needed. Just make sure the game is closed, exited, before you run the client. Start the client, tell it where your game is located. Then goto Tools > Options and enter in your wowhead user name and password. It will place a lite Addon called "+Wowhead_Looter" in your game. This will record such things as your quest completion, pets, recipes, mounts, and more. It helps alot.
Another subject, since you have been Away for awhile. Invest in a
Battle.net Authenticator Key
and review this page

I've had an authenticator for quite some time now actually, my account was hacked over a year ago and I was damn sure not going to let it happen again.
I was logged in this morning without issue, I'm positive my account is fine.
I do now see that my other characters are coming up properly. And I don't have any difficulty getting my Mage to come up in the armory itself. Very weird.

I think this is just an issue with the connection to the Armory timing out. =/ We're working on a way to get this fixed.

I'm encountering the same problem and I reckoned that I could still get
my profile
updated by simply uploading my Wowhead Client data, but this doesnt seem to work either - I'm not sure if the client is capable of uploading information regarding equipped items but regardless of that, it seems that nothing I've sent through the client the past 3 times has been recorded by the site (e.g. 80 mounts complete should be 88)
Are the two issues perhaps related?
Seems the data I uploaded with the client has found its way to wowhead ^^
Actually it appears when I visit my completion tracker, it randomly shows the updated stats from todays upload, and other times when I visit the page it reverts to

Probably just some caching quirk, it's showing 02/25 uploads every time I check it.

And to answer your question, right now we collect completion data through the client, but we DON'T upload any of the data we can get from the Armory (like gear, achievements, reputation, etc.).
