Well, i looked at your armory, and i tried to log into the game on your server to tell you in person what needs fixed, but you weren't online. So i made this account.
First, the first responder Bauz, is entirely correct. My shaman isnt too geared and he's got 2.8K spell power with flask and no ToW glyph.
Second, the ToW glyph
isnt
as good as glyph of flame shock as far as i know. its on there so long with the 2-p teir bonus that it critting should up ur dps more than 80 some sp would.
Third, GET RID OF ALL THE MP5! Your armory shows you have it on alot of your gear. i'm assuming the armory has you saved with ur resto gear on but in your ele spec. But if that isnt the case, do away witht eh mp5 and you'll see a deffinate increase.
My shaman has 635 haste and around 32% crit. As well as the above stated 2.8k sp. You should aim for that, and you'll see a deffinate increase in dps.
Lastly, regem. You need to change your meta gem to the +21 crit +3% crit damage gem. This will help double because of your 4peice bonus. Even a little dps gain is still a dps gain. Gem SP unless you're trying to get a socket bonus, then gem haste/sp combination gem.
Which, i wouldnt recommend getting the socket bonuses unless its above 7 sp or its hit you need.
Other then that, your rotation seems ok. I personally dont use chain lightning unless there are 2+ mobs. It may be a slight dps gain, but on longer fights you'll be giving up dps for thunderstorm to get your mana back. And sometimes even then you will go OOM. My rotation is just flame shock; lave burst; Lb till lava burst is off CD again. i also have the two peice t10, so elemental mastery is almost in my rotation =P
Check me out if you want to. I know i need to replace my trinks and cloak, but i seem to get the short end of the stick on gear, and the long end on dps =)

And I don't really think reglyphing will have a point. Glyph of Flame Shock will become obsolete very soon,
You DO know the glyph is making flame Shock crit for 200% Damage or something along those lines right?

Gems are nice and neat but they will never make or break your game, the difference in stats gained is just too small. How you push your buttons and how you handle movement is what really matters.

As far as the Gem situation goes, personally, I think I would get more out of the
Haste/mp5
. While I agree that the sp would help out a little bit, the stamina doesn't really do anything. The haste is useful, and the mp5 is useful, even if it's only in small degrees. 2/2 semi useful things, or 1/2 useful things...
there isn't unavoidable AoE in PvE nowadays?

No, it's not. It's merely making is so that the Periodic Damage caused by Flame Shock is capable of critting. Nothing more. In the upcoming patch, there will either be a talent with this effect, or it will become a passive effect; where it will just happen, regardless of glyphs, talents, or set bonuses.

: I'm not sure if you're referring to what it's going to do in the aforementioned upcoming patch, of if that's what it's doing now. The above response is tailored if you're thinking that the 200% crit damage increase is what it's doing now. Because its not. If you're stating that the 200% crit damage increase is coming in the next patch, then that's another story, I'll probably strongly consider switching my glyphs. Until then however...
Assuming that it would remain the same, is just even more stupid anyway.
Starstruck's reasoning is most likely based on the blue response on the issue, not long after the 3.3.3 PTR started, stating the following (

The current (for us) Glyph of Flame Shock does something like let Flame Shock crit at 230% damage. We'll try to get a new patch note up soon. Whatever it ends up as will probably be some relatively simple damage buff to replace the old crit buff.
We don't know however, as the change hasn't made it to the PTR itself yet. Probably will (and should be) in the next build.

Sure, in a handful of select fights. However, most AoE is avoidable in some way; running out of range, moving out of fire, moving out from in front of the boss, etc. And in those select fights, normally it's not bam bam bam bam bam. It's Bam, *cast cast cast* Bam, *cast cast cast*. And in those situations, I'd have to be in the
middle
of casting a spell, which will only happen from time to time with a 1 sec g.c.d. Now, even if you're in that parameter, you still only lose 0.1 to 0.5 seconds on a spell cast. In short fights, that doesn't really matter, the bosses are still going down, even with your minimal loss in dps.
In longer fights, like the Lich King, then over the course of the
roughly
half hour long fight (depending on the overall dps of the group), then it might start making a difference. I'll think about changing things up then, modifying my spec a little, and so on. However, my guild is still on Blood Princes on 25m. So I've still got some time to consider that particular potential change.
