Arms leveling build

I've started levelling a warrior, and the only sticky I could find about warrior levelling suggested a Fury build.
However since I'm using the 2 handed heirloom axe, I figured Arms was probably the way to go.
The build I'm looking at is
this one
. Do you see any problems with it? Can it be improved somehow?
It's from a pure PvE leveling perspective. No intention of PvP, and I'm on a PvE realm.

I take it by the lack of responses that either my build is perfect, or its very early in the morning where most of you are? =P

Thanks for the response. I've made the switch to the build I linked, and so far it seems
ok
. I guess at my level there isn't going to be much difference. The major lift will be when I get into the two-hander boosting talents.

Permanently enchant a melee weapon to often heal for 75 to 125 and increase Strength by 100 for 15 sec. when attacking in melee.
Has a reduced effect for players above level 60.
Reduced effect does not mean useless -_-'
Reading tooltips ftw.

Last I checked this was cookie-cutter or close to it.

For leveling the only change I can think of would be to swap glyph of Command for Charge.
Thanks for that. Between this build and the one I linked, I might use a blend. Something like
this
. I'd totally missed the points in Execute, which seem obvious now (over something like Weapon Mastery, for example). Not sure about the glyphs of Execute and Rending though. Mobs don't seem to live long enough to make either of those worthwhile (not until I start instancing anyway, which will be at 80 most likely). Having said that, glyph of Heroic Strike probably has limited use. But the Mortal Strike glyph gets the thumbs up in my book.

Ok here's a stupid question:
As an Arms warrior, should I be using Beserker or Battle stance after level 30?

Trust me, it's not that stupid of a question. I've been asking myself that same thing while currently leveling my warrior, until I found a recent comment:

Because I didn't see anyone refute it, I stuck with it. Other reason was because of all the talk of using Rend; and since it's only usable in Battle Stance, I took that to mean Arms Warriors are typically using Battle.
